Brief introduction of Haixing county

Haixing County belongs to Cangzhou City, located in the southeast of Hebei Province, on the coast of Bohai Sea. Established in 1965. It was formed by the merger of marginal poverty-stricken villages in Wudi County, Shandong Province, Huanghua County, Hebei Province and Yanshan County, and was named after the meaning of "prospering by the sea".
