Geographical environment of Tuhe Township

Tuhe Township, named after its close proximity to Wutu River, is located in the southeast of Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, with Wutu River Farm in the east and Xinyi River bordering guannan county in the south. Provincial Highway S324, G 15 Shenhai Expressway, Provincial Highway 242, Linhai High-grade Highway, Xinyi River, Wutu River and Wei Jie River pass through the territory, with convenient land and water transportation. The township covers an area of 96 square kilometers, with 78,000 mu of cultivated land and a total population of 58,000, and governs 19 administrative villages. 19 village committees are: Sanshe, Jiuduan, Qidaogou, Yimin (original Liudaogou village merged), Guanchang, Lizhuang, Heping, Dewey, Matun, Nangang, Badao, Gouyaozhuang, Tuhe, Daxing Gou, Xudagou, Anfu, Zhu Zhuang, Xingzhuang and Dongzhuang.
