Brief introduction of Kunming Golden Temple, how about Kunming Golden Temple;

Jin Dian Scenic Area is located at the foot of Mingfeng Mountain in the eastern suburb of Kunming, 8 kilometers away from downtown Kunming. It was built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. In the tenth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty (1637), the bronze hall was moved to Jizu Mountain in Binchuan, and in the tenth year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (167 1), Wu Sangui, the king of the day, rebuilt the existing Zhenwu bronze hall and rested on the back hill with double eaves. With a weight of 250 tons, the Bronze Hall is the largest bronze hall in China, bigger than the Golden Hall in Wudang Mountain, Hubei Province, and the largest existing pure copper casting hall in China. The bronze hall shines brightly in the scorching sun, so people call it the Golden Hall, which is a key cultural relic under protection in China.

The Golden Temple has been built for more than 380 years. The existing Golden Temple of Mingfengshan was rebuilt by the Wu family in the early Qing Dynasty. Up to now, there are still words on the temple beams, such as "Ten years of Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, 1911, Daluyue, 10 auspicious days, and Emperor Wu Sangui worships the building". After suppressing the peasant uprising, Wu Sangui led the troops into Kunming to rebuild the Golden Temple. Now, you can see the bronze words "The 10th year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, the year of Xinhai, the 6th day of Dalu month (October), when Prince Wu Sangui visited the building". Buddha statues, plaques, beams and columns, floors, doors and windows, dragons and decorations are all made of copper. The steps, floors and railings of the Golden Temple are all inlaid with unique marble. The whole temple is magnificent and elegant.

During the Qing Dynasty, Taihe Palace was frequently damaged by earthquakes, but it was repaired many times. The biggest disaster was during the Cultural Revolution. The temple collapsed, the gods were destroyed, and the hall of supreme harmony was deserted everywhere, which was unbearable to look back on. It was not until 1999 that the Taihe Palace was completely renovated to welcome the Kunming World Expo. The Hall of Supreme Harmony has experienced many vicissitudes, and Emperor Zhenwu has been promoted and abolished several times.

In front of us is an ancient castle-like building with towers and cribs on the wall and the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the city. The gate of the palace is inlaid with three gold characters of "Lingxingmen", and the couplet on the door reads "Shang" bamboo dance, half a mountain and half a cloud. "

There are 65,438 columns and 36 carved lattice fans on the wall, which are carefully cast and have a complex structure. There are five gilded statues in the temple, among which Zhenwu Dijun has a golden couple on his side and two generals on each side. The bronze hall is located on a high marble pedestal, surrounded by two layers of stone railings, resplendent and magnificent, like a golden palace. There are two pavilions under the steps of the temple. On the left stands a 10-meter-high Diao Dou pole with a seven-star soap flag. Flagpole, flag bucket and flag are also made of copper. The bronze flag is triangular with fangs. There are twenty-eight huts around the flag, and the sun and the moon are at the top of the flag. There are six stars in the flag, and the whole copper flag is hollowed out and inlaid; The national flag is engraved with the words 12 "The world is peaceful, the weather is favorable, the country is peaceful and the people are safe".

It is the largest ancient clock in Yunnan Province. It was originally hung on Xuanhua Building in the south of Kunming, with a height of 65438+.
