Before the archaeological excavation in Pingshuo, Shanxi, the archaeological strength of cultural relics in northern Shanxi was very weak, with only a few archaeological professionals. For more than 20 years, after large-scale excavation in Pingshuo area, Pingshuo archaeological team has trained a large number of archaeological professionals for all parts of the province. Many members are now leaders and professional technical backbones of local cultural relics departments, and more than 20 people have been awarded senior titles in Wenbo series. Some works have been commended by National Cultural Heritage Administration, Ministry of Public Security, provinces and cities. After years of training and training, more than 30 temporary workers have become versatile technicians in 20 years, who can operate exploration, excavation, cleaning, field investigation, drawing, repair, rubbing, computer operation, camera shooting and so on. In order to support archaeological work in various places, he has successively participated in archaeological excavations and data collation in Datong, Xinzhou, Yangquan, Lianyungang, Tianjin, Bancun, Houma and Huanghe. Wherever these technicians go, they are generally praised.
