Why do some people say that Chinese medicine "believes in God and does not believe in God?"

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is something handed down from our ancestors, and many of them are not supported by modern medical technology. Some are purely feudal superstitions, while others are waiting for us to verify.

Traditional Chinese medicine treats diseases as "belief is effective, but unbelief is ineffective". This statement is more like describing the existence of jumping gods. The main reason is that Chinese medicine is very arbitrary, and because of the different situation in ancient times, some traditional Chinese medicines have to be modified to adapt to the contemporary situation. A person who can become a Chinese medicine practitioner depends on his talent, qualification and disposition. Different kinds of diseases prescribe different prescriptions, and there are many quacks. They said, "Faith is effective."

Then there are some substances in herbs that are not high in content and need to be eaten for a long time to be effective. Some people are eager for quick success and instant benefit, thinking that they have not recovered for such a long time. If it's a lie, you won't believe it. However, some people are convinced of this. If they follow the doctor's advice and insist on eating, the efficacy will be in place. This is the second reason why "faith is effective, but unbelief is invalid".

Finally, some people have no confidence in their illness. The most important thing in treating diseases is a good attitude. A good attitude does keep pace with the status of life-saving drugs, but many people are scared to death by themselves. As Chinese medicine says, "Faith is the spirit, but unbelief is ineffective".

I thought it was because I believed that Chinese medicine could cure myself and I was full of expectations for life. I take my medicine honestly, with a good attitude, and naturally I'm fine. And those who don't believe, always have doubts, don't believe, don't listen, don't take medicine, which is probably hard to cure with precious herbs, let alone ordinary Chinese medicine and ordinary herbs.
