Diary of confession practice

Days of persistence: 2 1 day

Goal: confession becomes a habit until 108.

Current progress: I can worship above 100, and I am used to confession.

Exercise in the third week:

The confession of the first two weeks, because it has the external driving force to complete the practice, so I will force myself to do so, but I still have to put it off until the last thing in the evening every day. I found that my ability to control my hands and feet was still weak, but every time I finished church, I slept better and stayed up less.

Coincidentally, something happened in the third week. I accidentally told my fortune and worked out something I couldn't accept. Whether it is accurate or not, confession is a good way to resolve karma, and I pay more attention to the importance of confession!

Next, I want to respect and focus more on confession, no matter the quantity!

For practicing this thing, I find that my energy will be repeated, and my ability to control my hands and feet will be good and bad. Some things in my life will affect me because of my delusion and temporary inability to solve it.

Continue to confess, and improve the respect, concentration and sincerity when confessing!
