It is planned to occupy 520 mu of land of the Water Conservancy Bureau, and 330 mu of cultivated land and hillside fields such as Tunli Village, Wang Nan Village, Wangbei Village and yunlong lake Dairy Farm. According to the specific location and area of Wang Changshan, it is planned to put the entrance of the whole scenic spot on the east side of Daiyu River, facing east, and build a big archway with Jinshui Bridge and Imperial Road on Daiyu River in the middle. Three courtyards will be built on the west of Daiyu River with the mountain gate and the top of the mountain as the central axis, of which the main hall is Tianhe Hall, and the Temple of Heaven-style circular palace is planned to be dedicated to the ancestors and descendants of Shi Tian; Tianhe Palace is surrounded by a large sacrifice square, with the "the first sword in the world" in the middle, which can apply for Guinness Book of Records, with a height of 9 meters. Outside the square, a circular hall of sixty jiazi was built to worship sixty jiazi; From the main hall to the east, there are Sanqing Hall, Huangyu Hall and Lingguan Hall.
