Fortune Telling Collection - Comprehensive fortune-telling - Me and Shanghai

Me and Shanghai

Before I went to high school, the farthest place I went was Nantong, which seemed to be the dormitory rented by my aunt and uncle, a place called Sha Tong Automobile Ferry, and then I went to Haohe River in Langshan. At that time, the place I wanted to go most was Shanghai, but my mother didn't agree that my uncle would take me to Shanghai to play, so I had to give up. Later, Shanghai was a place very close to me, and it gradually faded.

Before I went to college, the farthest place I went was a university campus in Nanjing, where I couldn't remember the name, in order to take the independent entrance examination. Now I have no impression of Nanjing at that time. After all, a bus takes me to sleep most of the time.

Before work, the farthest place I have been is Hohhot. I fell in love with Mongolian milk tea, Qingcheng steamed dumplings and scrambled eggs with shallots. And the Hulunbeier grassland I've always wanted to see.

Wherever I go, what I want to feel most is how people live in this place. But apart from studying in Beijing, feeling the changes of the four seasons in the imperial capital and experiencing the life of the people in the capital, you rarely get in touch with real life except eating and watching. Therefore, I can't find the true meaning of travel.

What a person sees and hears will greatly influence his decision. Especially life choices. The world is as big as the horizon. Of course, we can't ignore the so-called moral kidnapping. After all, people are still social animals, and I am not alone between heaven and earth.

My first choice in life is to go to Beijing to go to college. Because many universities in Nanjing directly enroll students in Rudong Senior High School, I didn't have any advantage in the college entrance examination and didn't know much about Shanghai, so I chose Beijing directly at the suggestion of my geography teacher. Although my mother didn't want me to travel far, the fortune teller told her that I would leave my hometown at the age of twenty and had to support my decision. Dad is very open-minded and supportive. If the economic situation was better when I was a child, I would probably become good friends with my father.

My second choice in life is to work in Shanghai. At the beginning of looking for a job, I discussed with my parents and chose Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou and Nanjing, which are familiar or close to home. But maybe it was fate that I finally chose this familiar and strange city. The experience of studying in Beijing enabled me to adapt to life in any city quickly. Many of my friends before college lived and worked in Shanghai, so a small circle can still be established slowly, although I miss my friends in Beijing very much. Once I get to work, I can't help myself, and it also makes me understand how difficult it is to expect to meet again after a real separation. Therefore, it is more urgent to cherish every moment, take the time to meet the people you want to see, and leave no regrets. I actually said what I might say. I have to meet someone who can visit me often. At this time, I finally understood why my mother wouldn't let me go far away, but what I really couldn't understand was that I had been restless for a long time and always followed my friends. Dad will be very supportive. It's always good to go out and have a look.

Shanghai, here I am.

The future is unknown.
