Zhangji Township is rich in resources, pleasant climate and fertile soil. It is an important town in Xiangshui County with rapid economic rise in recent years, and it is a bright pearl on the edge of National Highway 204. The whole township should base itself on the local area, find the right focus, pay close attention to project construction, and make every effort to create a "depression" for attracting investment. Zhangji Private Economic Park, which covers an area of 2 square kilometers along National Highway 204 and has a total investment of more than 40 million yuan, has been initially established. At present, there are 12 enterprises, such as Xiangfang Company, Jin Lan Wire Making Company, Ronghua Wire Making Company, Guangjin Wool Textile, Xiangda Textile Accessories, Textile Special Parts, SEK Motor and Fuxiang Accessories. In 2002, the enterprises in the park produced and sold more than 68 million yuan, with profits and taxes of more than 4 million yuan. In 2003, five enterprises, including AB Group, entered the development zone through preliminary negotiations. By the end of 2006, there were 24 imported projects in the township, including 6 industrial parks/kloc-0 and 2 registered enterprises/kloc-0, which promoted chemical, feed, machinery, food and other projects with textile as the leading factor and produced more than 40 kinds of products. Key enterprises such as Guangjin Wool Textile, Baolong Textile, Cotton Textile, Welfare Chemical Plant and Guanrong Bearing Factory have begun to take shape.

Zhangji Township has also cultivated a number of industries with distinctive advantages, and built more than 8,000 mu of shallow water lotus base, 10,000 beef cattle breeding base and 1000 mu of pollution-free vegetable planting base. In 2006, the township's GDP reached 65.438+96.86 billion yuan, an increase of 20% over 2005, of which industry increased by 50.8 million yuan, an increase of 36.4% over 2005, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3,962 yuan, an increase of 65.438+02.8% over 2005.
