Where are the scenic spots in Yuxian County?

Today we will talk about Yuxian County, which belongs to Yangquan City, Shanxi Province and is located in the east of Shanxi Province. Yuxian County is located on the west side of Taihang Mountain, which is the city where doctors of Jin Dynasty were stationed in the Spring and Autumn Period. The old city is located in Dayu Town in the northeast of Yangqu County. Because the mountains in the county are round, the middle and low are named after pots. Tourist attractions are widely distributed and numerous. There are several places that must be visited, such as Tibetan Mountain, Longtang Waterfall, Temple Ping 'an Hot Spring and Qianfo Temple.

Cangshan was called Yushan in ancient times. National AAAA Scenic Spot is located at the west foot of Taihang Mountain, at the north of Yuxian County, Yangquan City 18km, at the east gate of Shaanxi Province, among the mountains in the east of Cangshan Village, Dianchi Town, with Shijiazhuang in the east, Taiyuan in the west, Niangziguan in the south, Wutai Mountain and Xibaipo in the north, which makes Zhong Lingxiu unique. According to legend, during the Spring and Autumn Period, Zhao Shuo, a doctor of the State of Jin, was killed by the Duke of Jin. Before he died, Zhao Shuo entrusted the abdomen of an orphan to his disciple Cheng Ying. Cheng Ying gave up his son and took Wu Zhao, an orphan from Zhao Shuo, to Yushan to hide 15 years. Later generations renamed Yushan Mountain as Tibetan Mountain and set up a shrine for sacrifice, which has a history of more than 2,600 years. It is the third batch of cultural relics protection units in Shanxi Province.

Longtang Waterfall is located in Longtang Village, 87 kilometers northeast of Yuxian County in Shanxi Province and 4 kilometers northeast of Zhaojiacha Village in Liangjiazhai Township. The mountains here are endless, and there are many strange rocks. The source of the waterfall is the junction of Wutai County, Yuxian County, Shanxi Province and Pingshan County, Hebei Province. Looking from a distance, a silvery white fine water trickled down from the northeast mountain stream, and it reached the edge of the waterfall-Black Dragon Pool about 2 kilometers away. Water enters Longtan from Heilongtan, which is 24.5 meters high. The horizontal flow of the pond effluent is 12m, which means it flows into Erlongtan, and the height is1.5m. Both ponds are semicircular. The water flows out of Erlongchi, advection10m, and then flows into Sanlongchi, with a height of 32m. This pool is altar-shaped, with a big mouth and a deep abdomen. The overflowing water flows down the river for about 7 meters, forming a big beach at the foot of the mountain and descending down the valley. Looking from a distance, the waterfall has experienced ups and downs, like throwing pearls, spectacular and beautiful.

Cliff statue of Qianfo Temple is located in Qianfo Mountain, Nanxingdao Village, Xiaojiahui Township, Yuxian County. In the first year of Emperor Xiaoxi of the Northern Wei Dynasty (532), thousands of Buddhist temples were built on the mountain. There are three large niches carved on the side of the temple, including more than 1 100 stone carvings, which lasted more than 200 years from the first year of Yongxi in the Northern Wei Dynasty (532) to Kaiyuan in the Tang Dynasty (6 18).

The Nantianmen in Yuxian County, Shanxi Province, stands on the right side of the Tibetan Mountain Water Peak in Yuxian County, Shanxi Province. There is a stone archway in the Ming Dynasty with the words "Nantianmen" engraved on it. There are 1000 multi-stage tortuous stone steps reaching the peak. According to legend, after Wu Zhao's death, his soul went straight to heaven through the worse gate, and arrived at Lingxiao Hall, where he was sealed by the Jade Emperor, and was named "King of Tibetan Mountain Love" and "King of Benefiting China and Respecting God", so as to benefit the people and enjoy human incense from generation to generation.
