What is the plot of Di Renjie's Dragon King movie?

1. In the last few years in Tang Gaozong, Emperor Gaozong (Chien Sheng) and Wu Zetian (Carina Lau) urged people to send troops to attack the enemy, but the fleet suffered heavy losses at sea. When young Di Renjie (Mark Chao) first arrived in Luoyang, he was involved in kidnapping based Yin Ruiji.
