Praying to God and worshipping Buddha is all about getting a visa. Why haven't you seen the effect yet?

In fact, Buddhism, a true believer, disapproves of drawing lots. Buddhism emphasizes changing one's destiny through practice (correcting one's own thoughts and behaviors).

Let me make an analogy. If you are a Buddha, a bodhisattva or a god, are you a person who accumulates virtue and does good deeds, or a person who kowtows to you and gives you gifts? If the blessing is given to someone who kowtows to you as a gift, won't the gods like Buddha and Bodhisattva become corrupt officials?

Now many big temples draw lots, which is not a good phenomenon. The landlord may not attend. In fact, burning incense and kowtowing has a certain blessing effect, but if you want to change your fortune, there are certain conditions, that is, whether you have accumulated virtue, done good deeds, and changed. The key point of learning Buddhism is to carry out the teachings of Buddha and Bodhisattva: do all evil and pursue all good. If you do good deeds and persevere, Buddha and Bodhisattva will be very happy when they know it, even more happy than if you exchange 100 sticks of incense for 100 fruits! It's better to change your fortune! God bless those who have virtue, and the Buddha and Bodhisattva who have accumulated virtue will naturally help him. It is difficult for a person without virtue to kowtow and burn incense.

Buddha and Bodhisattva are the highest realm and will not be greedy for worldly sustenance. We only offer incense to show our respect, saying that we should learn from the thoughts and behaviors of buddhas and bodhisattvas and stop evil deeds and good deeds. This is the main purpose of burning incense!

Because Buddhism mainly pays attention to the law of cause and effect, that is, good is rewarded with good, and evil with evil. What we are suffering at the moment is caused by the bad karma of the previous life, and what we are enjoying at the moment is the maturity of the good karma of the previous life. It is our own good deeds that make us realize our wishes and make us happy. It is our own evil deeds that make everything go wrong and make us miserable. This is the root of happiness and pain. So fate is made by itself.

Therefore, the change of fate is mainly on our own, that's all. Does the landlord understand that the way Buddha and Bodhisattva help the world is secondary, and the main way is to teach us a set of behavior standards, so that we can be good people, thus changing our bad fate and moving towards a happy and complete road.

The landlord believes that a person who has been imprisoned for making mistakes has suffered a lot. Can Buddha and Bodhisattva use their divine power to instantly destroy the prison and set him free? You are kidding! We can only teach him a set of behavior standards, make him change, and then try to reduce his sentence. Therefore, "educating all beings" is the main way for Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to cross people.

The landlord should be a beginner. In fact, there are many things to learn Buddhism, not only burning incense, but also vegetarianism, release, repentance, abstinence (no killing, no stealing, no fornication, no nonsense, no drinking), chanting, chanting (chanting is the great goodness of Buddhism) and so on. The latter is the point. The latter has greater power to eliminate disasters and change transportation! Because the latter means that you have practiced according to the teachings of Buddha and Bodhisattva. These are also the right way for Buddhists to eliminate disasters and solve problems, change their destiny, and gain peace and good fortune.

For example, the five precepts of Buddhism, the Buddha said, those who practice the highest five precepts and ten good deeds can ascend to heaven in the afterlife, and those who practice the middle five precepts and ten good deeds can be human beings in the afterlife, free from the suffering of three evils. You see, going to heaven or going to hell is all caused by your own actions.

What's the use of chanting Buddha? Look at the scripture: What does it say in "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva Pumenpin"?

Or it is worth blaming the thief, each with a knife, thinking about its Guanyin power, and being merciful when salty. (solving grievances)

Curse all kinds of poisons, and those who want to harm themselves, read the power of Guanyin, which is more important than themselves. (Curse evil and poison)

Or encounter evil Luo Cha, dragons and ghosts, etc. I miss the power of Guanyin again, but I know I dare not do anything harmful. (ward off evil spirits)

All beings are suffering, and Guanyin's wisdom can save the world's suffering. (to cry for help)

The landlord looked at it and said that "Guanyin Bodhisattva is a popular product", the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva, and the effect was good.

Look at the great kindness again: the ten merits of printing scriptures and statues

1, all kinds of crimes committed in the past, the light ones will be eliminated immediately, and the heavy ones will be mitigated.

2. With the constant support of Ji Shen, all plagues, fire and water, bandits, sword soldiers and prisons are not affected.

3, resentment, salty legal benefits, and liberation, never suffer from revenge.

4, hag evil spirits, can not be violated, poisonous snakes hungry tigers, can not be harmed.

5, comfortable, no danger during the day, no nightmares at night, bright colors, full of strength, good luck.

6, serve the law with the heart, although there is no hope, natural food and clothing are abundant, family harmony, wealth and long-term.

7. People are happy with what you say and do. Wherever you go, you are often loved and respected by many beautiful people.

8. Fools turn to wisdom, the sick turn to health, the sleepy turn to constancy, and women turn to men on the day of thanks.

9. Always stay away from evil ways and be kind to life. Good looks, outstanding talents and excellent fortune.

10, can plant good roots for all sentient beings, and make great blessings with the hearts of all sentient beings, and get infinite fruits. Where I was born, I often saw the Buddha and heard the Dharma. Until Sanhui Hongkai, Liu Tong witnessed it and quickly became a Buddha.

Look, landlord, Fu De and Fu Bao above are all made by himself, not by begging. If the landlord wants to get what he wants and be lucky, he must repair it on the spot according to the teachings of Buddha and Bodhisattva.

By the way, filial piety to parents is a great boon to the world, and unfilial is a great blessing. Confucius said that the hardest thing to be filial to parents is "color difficulty", that is, it is difficult to be kind to parents, so treat parents gently, speak softly and not violently in the future.
