Duanmu Hongyu, formerly named Cai. A famous detective of a generation of criminal police. 1927 was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu. /kloc-0 joined the revolution in northern Jiangsu in May, 1946, and/kloc-0 joined China in July, 1947. After the liberation of Jinan, Shandong, he served as the captain of the criminal police team of Jinan Public Security Bureau. After the liberation of Shanghai, he took part in taking over the Shanghai Public Security Bureau, and served as the chief of the theft unit of the second criminal investigation department and the captain, deputy director and director of the first team of public security punishment.

Duanmu Hongyu, a famous detective with 40 years' detective career, was trained in New China.

From 65438 to the early liberation of Shanghai in 0949, the remnants of the Kuomintang colluded with bandits, robbed and killed people, and were extremely vicious, causing a storm in the city and boiling public grievances. In 1950s, Duanmu Hongyu successfully cracked the first case of stealing huge savings in Shanghai by merging cases. Starting with a deck of fortune-telling playing cards, he followed the lead and cracked the "bacon dismemberment case" that caused a sensation in Shanghai.

In the 1960s, a murder case occurred in a certain district, and it was difficult for the murderer to solve the case. Facing the blood fingerprints on the handle, Duanmu Hongyu found out everything and finally avenged the perpetrators. The real murderer fell into the French open.

In the 1970s, Duanmu Hongyu acted righteously and impartially. When examining cases, he was responsible to the people, seeking truth from facts, eliminating interference and fairly redressing some unjust cases.

In the early 1980s, Duanmu Hongyu served as the director of criminal investigation, and successively directed and cracked a series of major cases that shocked China and foreign countries, such as the theft of a huge sum of money from a printing factory in Shanghai, the murder of foreigners in Jinjiang, the robbery and murder of Yu Shuangge with a gun, and the theft of property from the US consulate.

From 1989 to 10, Duanmu Hongyu retired from the army. However, in order to catch the "Northeast Tiger" running rampant on the railway line and protect the lives and property of tourists, Duanmu Hongyu was ordered to go into battle and command the battle to catch the "Northeast Tiger".

1995, Duanmu Hongyu passed away at the age of 68.
