Jingmen does not belong to Jingzhou area. Jingmen City and Jingzhou City are two different cities, both of which are prefecture-level cities under the jurisdiction of Hubei Province. Although they are all prefecture-level cities in Hubei Province, the municipal government belongs to different places in different regions.
