Psychology can become a discipline, firstly because it can be measured by scientific experiments. During my consultation, when I watched the visitors from severe depression at first, to mild depression, and then to no depression, these changes were not only felt by the visitors and the people around them, but also measured and confirmed by the scale. This process is a happy and magical thing.

So I think, if we can describe psychology in one sentence, I think: "Psychology can be measured and can see the effect, which will help us become a better subject."

In fact, this process is not only the change of visitors, but also my own change. I used to be a grumpy person, and I lost my temper easily. I almost never lose my temper now. It's not that I have no temper, but that I learned self-control in the process.
