Yongzheng dynasty: Jia Shifang, a Taoist priest who saved Yongzheng, was killed. What is the secret?

In Yong Zhengdi by the River in February, Taoist Jia Shifang has a real history.

In March of the eighth year of Yongzheng, due to illness, Yongzheng sent a letter to Li Wei, an important minister in Zhejiang Province, to visit people who were proficient in medical skills.

Li Wei recommended Jia Shifang from Henan. In August, Yongzheng's condition deteriorated once, and he couldn't help it. He almost had to face the testamentary edict. But after Jia Shifang's treatment, it will be fine.

But Yongzheng immediately killed Jia Shifang on the grounds that Jia Shifang manipulated Yongzheng's life and death diseases:

One day, I felt unwell and gave me the secret method. I tried it, and I felt very at ease and my body was at peace. I am deeply gratified and comforted, and I will give it a long ceremony. However, since January, although my bow has been greatly healed, I feel uncomfortable when I want to live and sleep in peace. When it causes peace and anxiety, Iraq will show its intention in advance. We think that Yi Xin is treacherous and false, saying that "heaven and earth listen to me, and ghosts and gods listen to me" means that deception is innate and heaven violates it. It regulates my bow, and I am safe and uneasy. I really want to get hold of it, if I can't get out of its range.

Jia Shifang may have a little mental hypnosis and know some medical skills. Maybe Yongzheng's life should not be lost, and it came at the right time, so he cured Yongzheng.

However, killing Jia Shifang is by no means such a grandiose reason as Yongzheng said: the language is absurd, and he actually said, "Heaven and earth listen to me, and ghosts listen to me."

Perhaps because ministers opposed Yongzheng's getting too close to Taoist Huang Guan and others, Yongzheng made an excuse to kill him.
