April 19, rain. My family of three went to Lukou Airport to meet my aunt from afar and come to Yangzhou to play. At noon, we decided to have lunch in Maoshan service area on the road.

Very special service area, not beside the expressway, you have to turn in through a long auxiliary road. The service area is large and beautiful, adjacent to large reservoirs. Because none of the cars seem very quiet. We sat near the reservoir to fill our stomachs and talked about this famous Maoshan. My mother said that she had been to Maoshan before and had seen the huge stone statue of Laozi with a beehive in her hand. There are many scenic spots on the mountain, and there is a palace on the top of the mountain overlooking the whole Maoshan Mountain. At the foot of the mountain, there is a strange geographical phenomenon in the monument square of the revolutionary martyrs of the New Fourth Army. When shooting in the square, there will be an echo similar to blowing a surprise signal. My mother's vivid introduction aroused our interest in going to Maoshan, and I proposed to listen to Mo Chong's voice. By the way, visiting Ding Gong's Taoist temple can be regarded as fortune telling. In the end, everyone adopted my suggestion, and four people braved the moderate rain to drive to Maoshan scenic spot not far from the service area.

After passing an archway with the words Maoshan Scenic Area written on it, I entered the scenic spot. An asphalt road connects all the scenic spots in Maoshan, but because of the heavy rain, we decided not to stop at other scenic spots and went straight to Dinggong. Or because of the rain, there are no people and no other cars along the way, so our car can go leisurely. The asphalt road went higher and higher until I came to a fork in the road. I bought a ticket to Dinggong and was about to leave. The staff repeatedly asked me how my driving level was, and I disdained to say: No problem. Only later did I know why the staff kept confirming my driving qualification.

The so-called Ding Gong is a Taoist temple at the top of the mountain. It is natural to climb a long winding mountain road to the top of the mountain. Although I was ready in my heart, I didn't expect the road to Ding Gong to be so difficult. Not only steep, but also narrow, and the bends are mostly sharp bends less than 90 degrees; Unexpectedly, there was a fog with a line of sight less than two or three meters on the mountain, and there was a strong wind of five or six, and then it rained all the time. Although I was a little scared and regretted, I still had to bite the bullet and turn on all the lights that could be turned on, and stumbled on this foggy, rainy and windy steep mountain road. Several people sitting in the car are very excited. My father thinks this is a rare opportunity for me to practice driving, and my mother and aunt think it will be a rare special travel experience.

I finally saw the arch in front of Dinggong Palace, which made me very popular. There are many cars in the parking lot, and many people come to make wishes. The fog and heavy rain didn't reduce everyone's interest at all.

We struggled to get close to the top palace at the risk that our umbrellas were blown away by strong winds several times. When we looked up, it was really called Jiuqianfu Palace. Except for a few nearby steps and the dim and deep palace gate, everything else is shrouded in thick white fog, just like being outside the cloud nine. Entering the palace gate, there is a statue of a Taoist fairy in the middle and around, similar to a temple. I don't really appreciate these Taoist gods, rushing through one flower after another. I think there should be a Buddha from the beginning. During this period, many incense sellers sold us all kinds of incense. I read the price tag carefully. The most expensive incense costs several thousand yuan, and the cheapest incense costs more than 90 yuan. It's ridiculously expensive. I won't buy it. I learned from "Introduction to China Culture" that Taoism advocates inaction, not doing things first, not doing things later, and burning incense everywhere in Taoist temples is contrary to inaction. It seems that Taoism and Taoism are completely different.

The wind is strong, but it can't disperse the thick white fog. Standing on the cliff of Dinggong Corridor, it is surrounded by dense fog. Although we can't see the whole Maoshan Mountain, we are like standing in the clouds and feeling in the Heavenly Palace! We have all become immortals. After the man left and the woman right walked through the "Three Tianmen", the dream-like trip to Ding Gong ended. Set off down the mountain to the tomb of the martyrs.

Around a big bend, I followed a self-driving motorcade to Maoshan Revolutionary Martyrs Monument Square. Someone just bought a gun and loaded it. Let's watch it together quickly. When the guns in the square sounded, the world's unique charge sounded at the same time, and everyone present was amazed. It's fantastic!

The loud horn still echoed in our ears, and we ended our trip to Maoshan. It's really a special trip to Maoshan, and there is a special scenery in the rain and fog.
