The Five Heroes of Langya Mountain is widely regarded as Chinese mainland's China version. Based on 194 1 autumn, five Eighth Route Army soldiers of the National Revolutionary Army jumped off the cliff to fight the Japanese invaders in Yixian County, Hebei Province: Ma Baoyu (squad leader), Ge Zhenlin (vice squad leader), Hu Delin, Hu Fucai and Song Xueyi. The event process is as follows:

194 1 year, the Japanese army carried out a large-scale sweep of the North China base area, surrounded the first division of the Eighth Route Army Jinchaji Military Region and 2000 local people, and seven companies and one regiment took on the task of covering the military region and transferring the masses.

After tenacious resistance, the Seventh Company diverted the attention of the Japanese army, making the Japanese think that the Seventh Company was the main force of the Eighth Route Army, and finally the Seventh Company left six classes to cover it. In order to give the main force and the masses time to retreat, the class led the main force of the Japanese army to Qipaituo, the main peak of Langya Mountain, and launched a fierce battle with the Japanese army surrounded on all sides. Finally, when there were only five people left, five people committed suicide by jumping off a cliff.

On September 25th, three of the five people (Ma Baoyu, Hu Delin and Hu Fucai) died, and Ge Zhenlin and Song Xueyi were caught by branches near the cliff and survived. Among them, Ge Zhenlin was injured in the head and severely disabled in the lumbar spine, and was rescued by Yu, a cadre of the local Youth Salvation Association, and a chessboard Taoist.
