Version 2 Ives (Eddie Murphy) is a real estate agent. One day, he was invited to visit the most famous mansion in New Orleans to discuss the sale, so he took his family there. Unexpectedly, because of a rainstorm and flood, they were forced to stay in the mansion for the night, but the family saw 999 ghosts living inside and outside the mansion. The protagonist of Version 3 is real estate agent Jim evers.
