What does Buddhism think of mysterious phenomena? Mysterious phenomena are not necessarily religious, but also happen to people who are not religious, but they regard mysterious phenomena as illusions. For the phenomenon of ghosts and gods, ordinary people are still confused, unknowable and unpredictable, thinking that there is nothing, but there is; It's hard to prove its existence. As for religious people, no matter what level, as long as they believe in piety and do well, they will have the experience of telepathy to some extent. From the standpoint of Buddhism, they never deny it, but they don't attach importance to it. . If someone has a little mystery, it is incorrect to think that he has gained magical powers or that he is a Buddha and Bodhisattva. Buddha and Bodhisattva respond without phase, powerfully without phase, which is a random adaptive induction. However, they will not adopt a certain model and specific people as their messengers and representatives. God should be incompetent and empathetic. How can there be a specific person as the representative of Buddha and Bodhisattva? Although the power of Buddha and Bodhisattva is shown by different people and things, this person and thing cannot be regarded as Buddha and Bodhisattva itself. If someone, whether a monk or nun, a Buddhist or a layman, calls himself the incarnation of Buddha and Bodhisattva, he either wants to gain fame by lying big and being respectful and arrogant, or he is possessed by ghosts and gods to show his differences and confuse people. Although they also have a certain proportion of efficacy, they are not helpful to the fortune of believers. Therefore, Buddhists who believe in Buddhism should not show this identity and should not trust people who show this phenomenon. Judging from the history of Buddhism, only Buddha Sakyamuni is a Buddha, and there is no example of a second person claiming to be a Buddha. If you call yourself a Buddha, no matter what the Buddha is, it is a big lie. Otherwise, it is the phenomenon of ghosts and gods possessed. On the surface, they went to the streets to save people. In fact, they are confusing people and encouraging them not to make practical efforts, but to seek happiness. As for the bodhisattva, the same is true. In history, Maitreya became a Buddha only when it was a Buddha, saying that it became the second Buddha in the world after 5.6 billion years. Others, such as Guanyin, Manjusri, Pu Xian and Dizang, are not historical figures, but great bodhisattvas introduced by the Buddha. In addition, Indian Mahayana theorists, such as A?vagho?a, Dragon Tree, Zuo Wu, Qin Shi, etc., are also revered as bodhisattvas by later generations according to their Mahayana words and deeds. Another example is China's Tiantai wise master, who was later called the little Sakyamuni in the East, but he claimed to be an ordinary man with faith; Zen master Yongming Yanshou is called the incarnation of Amitabha, not his personal statement; Jiuhuashan Dizang is a monk named Dizang named by Prince Silla. Later generations thought that he was the incarnation of the Tibetan Bodhisattva, and he did not call himself the Tibetan Bodhisattva. Therefore, believers in Sambo should see that all sentient beings are future buddhas and bodhisattvas, but they are all ordinary people. If these self-proclaimed buddhas and bodhisattvas can tell your past, predict your future, and even know your historical background and predict your future development, don't be confused by them. Ghosts and gods have this kind of power, and if you practice dharma with spells, you will achieve this goal, but it is not magic power, but the result of magic power. The induction of ghosts and gods, or the dispatch of ghosts and gods, is at most a phenomenon of concentration. Therefore, it may be incorrect for such people to talk about the future. Their understanding of the past will not be clearer than yours, and they will be more uncertain about the past. They don't even know how accurate they are. Because everything can't go against cause and effect, ghosts and gods can't help, and foreknowledge can't help, only change the cause and effect of good and evil; If it is not the great good and the great evil, we can't change our karma. As long as we do our best to do good and eliminate evil, do what the Buddha did, say what the Buddha said and learn from the Bodhisattva, our future destiny will be in our own hands. /kloc-How many people are there in 0/000 human beings? Because of their past practice, and because they come from the blessed Shinto, they have innate foresight and memories, and they know the future and the past, especially in childhood. In adulthood, if life is busy and nobody cares, this power will gradually fade away; If deliberately cultivated, let nature take its course, it will also become a medium that understands ghosts and gods, and is called a psychic or a witch. Due to the popularization of modern knowledge and the improvement of education level, people with mysterious ability can now explain their principles with logical and specious scientific views. Using Buddhist knowledge and Buddhist names to tell the public the essence of its mysterious power, the so-called spiritual practice methods inspired by ghosts and gods, called secret dharma, great dharma and supreme dharma, can also get mysterious induction and really produce some effects. However, there is a common sequela: it is easier to ask ghosts than to send them. Once you use similar methods and react, you will be controlled by the power of ghosts and gods and lose your free will; The light person looks like an ordinary person on the surface, while the heavy person will become mentally unstable and unhealthy, and can show different modality from the ordinary person in speech, conversation and eyes. If you want to lose control, you will often lose control of yourself. If you have strong willpower and want to get out when you find yourself going astray, you will also experience some mental and physical suffering, which often lasts for a year or two before you return to normal. Therefore, for those who are deeply involved in mysterious experiences, it is not impossible, but not easy, to go astray and return to Buddhism, which is very unfortunate. Although some people don't claim to be the return of a Buddha and Bodhisattva, they claim to be directly passed down by the teaching and verification of a Buddha and Bodhisattva. There are three possibilities: one is to practice meditation and show the mysterious realm in meditation; The second is the dream that appears in the dream; The third is the phenomenon of falling while awake. If you are in the middle, you will not be deep, intentional, unintentional, realm, realm, and there will be no Buddha and Bodhisattva; This positioning should belong to a state similar to dreaming. People dream when they are asleep and don't wake up, and they dream before they fall asleep, but the nature of the two dreams is different. The former is more sober and clear, while the latter is more chaotic. Similarly, the state seen in meditation is a kind of reflection caused by inner delusion when the scattered thoughts are not removed and the unified mind is absent, but the perception of the former state has been lost. Therefore, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in meditation and dreams often do not come from outside the heart. Another spiritual phenomenon similar to that seen by psychics is that ghosts and gods appear in the image of Buddha and Bodhisattva or claim to be the voice of Buddha and Bodhisattva, and regard the illusion of light, shadow and sound as the manifestation of Buddha and Bodhisattva. Without correct Buddhist knowledge and correct Buddhist view, they are easily fooled by these ghosts and gods and become tools for ghosts and gods to show their spiritual strength. Although the Buddhist scriptures also say that Buddhism can be said to be ghosts, gods and so on. If it doesn't correspond to Sanfa India, it's not Buddhism, it's heresy. Ordinary ghosts and gods, under the guise of buddhas and bodhisattvas, say all kinds of things, although they also use some Buddhist terms, but their level can not be separated from the category of ghosts and gods. Therefore, whether it belongs to Buddhism or not should be confirmed by three dharma seals-all things are impermanent, all laws have no self, and nirvana is silent, that is, to get rid of troubles and persist. In Shurangama Sutra, Maha Wisdom View, etc. We have talked in detail about what is the magical realm rather than the real realm. This is why Zen attaches importance to inheritance, from the founder of Buddhism to generations, and the precepts also emphasize the inheritance of precepts; Although future generations are self-taught, they should at least correspond to Confucian classics and not violate orthodox Buddhism. If you have a master's degree, you should ask for a teacher qualification certificate. If you don't meet a master, you must apply for a certificate. Otherwise, even if you claim to be a disciple of Buddhism, or you think you are a branch of Buddhism, you are essentially an outsider attached to Buddhism. The so-called ghosts and gods, if they spread the true Buddhism, are the protection of Buddhism, and can also be said to be the embodiment of Buddha and Bodhisattva. Therefore, whether it conforms to orthodox Buddhism lies not in using the names of ghosts and gods or buddhas and bodhisattvas, but in whether his knowledge is correct, that is, he does not distinguish good from evil by name. Newton's Law and Ghosts A layman accompanied by her husband went to the temple and told him that he was being followed by ghosts, which made him feel very uncomfortable. He never dares to stay at home alone at night. When her husband works at night shift, he should ask his mother-in-law to accompany him. Clean asked who said she was being followed by a ghost. The layman said it was because she saw a CD told by a teacher in Northeast China, and she felt it herself. Lian Ming said, "Ghosts are very busy. How can they have time to follow you? You have no money, you are not an official, and there is nothing cheap to earn. What are people doing with you? " The layman said, "I used to be a murderer." Perhaps an unjust creditor has come to collect debts. " Jing Qing told a story of "a cup bow and a snake shadow": Once upon a time, there was an official named Le Guang. He has a good friend who comes to his house to chat whenever he is free. For a while, his friend didn't show up. Yue Guang missed him very much, so he went to see him. I saw my friend sitting on the bed, lying on the bed, his face sallow. Le Guang knew that his friend was very ill, so he asked him how he got sick. My friend faltered and refused to say anything. After repeated questioning, my friend said, "I was drinking at your house that day and saw a small snake with green skin and red flowers swimming in the glass." It was disgusting then. I don't want to drink. You advised me to drink again and again. Out of politeness, I couldn't refuse Yue Guang's kindness, so I had to drink it reluctantly. From then on, I always felt that there was a little snake running around in my stomach, and I wanted to vomit and couldn't eat anything. I have been ill for almost half a month. "Leguang feel puzzled. Why is there a small snake in the glass? But his friend saw it clearly again. What happened? Back home, he paced in the temple and analyzed the reasons. He saw a carved bow with red Zhang Qing stripes on the wall and had a brainwave: Is this a carved bow? So he poured a glass of wine, put it on the table, moved several places, and finally saw the shadow of the carved bow clearly reflected in the glass. With the shaking of the wine, it swims like a small snake with green skin and red flowers. In order to dispel his friend's doubts, Leguang immediately sent his friend home in a sedan chair. Let him sit in the same position as last time, still fill him with a glass of last time's wine and ask, "What's in the glass? The friend looked down and immediately exclaimed, "Snake! Snakes! Another little snake with green skin and red flowers! " Le Guang smiled and pointed to the bow carved on the wall and said, "Look up, what is that? "When my friend looked at the carved bow and the snake shadow in the cup, he suddenly realized that he felt relaxed and his heart disease was completely gone. Karma and the six divisions in the wheel of Karma are the basic concepts of Buddhism. Buddhism believes that the law of cause and effect is the law of nature. Everything in the universe has its causal role in the process of production and change. This theorem can include material phenomena and all human activities for survival and happiness, and its scope is not limited by space and time. As you sow, you reap, which is material cause and effect; It is the cause and effect of behavior to benefit from doing good and suffer from doing evil. The so-called law of causality is manifested in Newton's third law in physics: the acting force and reaction force between two objects are equal in size and opposite in direction. The "unjust relatives and creditors" in Buddhism refers to the "personalized" description of the power generated by other life after the rebound of our behavior, which is a convenient expression corresponding to the primary knowledge of Buddhism, and does not mean that a specific life body follows the debt collection. For example, when we hit a wall, the reaction of the wall will make our hands suffer severe pain. If we hit hard, our arms will even be broken. After a few months, our hands may still be sore, which only shows that the strength and reaction generated by our fists and walls have a far-reaching impact, rather than saying that the "wall ghost" has been following us for revenge in recent months. Our behavioral relationship with other life stops colliding at the end of specific behavior, but the acting force and reaction force generated by behavior are continuous in the laws of nature. If you hurt others, you will be hurt; Care about others and you will get care. " If you want to know the cause of the past life, the recipient of this life is, and if you want to know the fruit of the afterlife, the author of this life is. "Anyone who knows causality or meditation skills can roughly infer or visualize this person's karma through what this person has suffered. This is like an experienced criminal police can find out the real murderer according to the clues. " All sentient beings and ghosts represent the life groups of "suffering, poverty, ignorance, imprisonment and loss of freedom" in the Six Roads, and are in a completely different dimensional space from human beings. What we get from good and evil is done by the law of cause and effect, not the result of ghosts and gods' self-revenge. We should firmly believe in cause and effect, recite Buddhist scriptures, repent evil and cultivate good, change karma and resolve unjust karma. Never listen to the superstitious arguments of heretics with ulterior motives, and mistakenly think that ghosts and gods are "omnipotent and free to come and go, and they can retaliate against whoever they want and follow whoever they want", which leads to their paranoia, auditory hallucinations and hysteria, and even madness and schizophrenia in serious cases. "Ideals exist, only knowledge is changeable" and "all laws are born of thoughts". Believe in Buddhism, not superstition.
