Fortune teller Chiang Kai-shek

During the Republic of China, Sichuan warlord Liu Xiang had a strategist named Liu.

It is rumored that this person is called "immortal" because he can pinch and calculate, and his face is effective. 1925, Liu Xiang invited him into the palace and hired him as a military adviser. Liu Congyun compared himself to "Liu Bowen and Zhuge Liang", and became more and more prominent in the army by deceiving two people.

Liu Xiang, who was in charge of Sichuan, gradually grew in power after he got Liu, which convinced him that he could win the top spot among many warlords, which was not unrelated to this "Liu Shenxian", so he was regarded as a guest of honor.

Therefore, if Liu Xiangfan has military action, he will be asked to divine and calculate good or bad luck. Others asked Liu Xiang why he was so superstitious about a warlock. He often said:

Although it was a joke, it was enough to show Liu Xiang's love for this person. As a charlatan, Liu Xiang can sit firmly on the throne of "strategist" for several years. This Liu is definitely not just an affair.

Sichuan is a place with high mountains and long roads, and many people have always been fugitives. In the Republic of China, there were countless warlords.

If Anhui, Feng and other military valves compete, they belong to the kind of "big opening and big closing"; Then the confrontation between warlords in Sichuan is like singing on the stage. You sing and we come.

From 19 12 to 1935, Sichuan warlords fought 478 times, not to mention the small friction that accidentally went off. Among many warlords in Sichuan, Liu is undoubtedly the most special one.

In fact, Liu is not a warlord in name, but he is above the warlords. Liu Xiang regarded him as a strategist, and all the warlords in Sichuan, big and small, respected him as a "fairy", and even many warlords were his close disciples.

It is said that more than 90% of the officers at the battalion level of the Sichuan Army are Liu's disciples, and they all kowtow when they see him.

However, it is not known whether this data is credible, but it is enough to prove that Liu's tentacles of recruiting disciples have reached the top of various warlords.

The reason why Liu is so trusted is that he has always founded the innate way.

Liu, male, 1883, from Weiyuan, Sichuan.

When I was young, I read some miscellaneous books and had a high IQ. But after a few years, I dropped out of school and went home because my family was poor. Later, he was accepted as an apprentice by a charlatan.

Jianghu people are famous for their fortune-telling, and Liu's master has some skills. He is clever and learned a skill from his master. Word splitting, fortune telling and divination all work together. And he also has a unique skill-doing some work.

After studying in the mountains for several years, Liu went down to the mountain and began to cheat in the name of "White Crane". It is said that when Liu was lucky at work, he rushed out of an inch and three points vertically, revealing a red line with a red bead, which he called "dzi bead". Anyone who thinks of dzi beads will get what they want.

The so-called red line and red bead are actually a reaction when sweat meets iodide. It's all Jianghu tricks. However, in this era, many people think that Liu is a very capable person.

It is through this kind of divination, life observation and other means that Liu became more and more famous in Sichuan with his words of "blackening" and "picking flowers". It didn't take long to create the "consistent congenital avenue".

Under his bewitch, followers joined the "consistent congenital avenue" one after another, centering on Sichuan Weiyuan, radiating to the vicinity, with tens of thousands of people.

Under the influence of these believers, Liu was deified into an omniscient "immortal". Even nearby officials, gentry and Paoge leaders have come to visit, and the limelight is strong for a time.

From an ordinary charlatan to a group of "pioneers", it can be said that the tricks of charlatans are applied to the extreme. But this is not Liu's ultimate pursuit. He wants not only fame, money, but also power.

So, under the introduction of his disciple Liu Focheng, Liu met the great warlord Liu Xiang.

Liu Focheng is not only Liu's disciple, but also the deputy commander of Sichuan Army 2 1. 1925, Liu met Liu Xiang under the introduction of Liu Focheng.

Under Liu's abduction, Liu Xiang was elated by what he said and consciously met a "modern Zhuge Liang", so he volunteered to join the consistent congenital avenue and named it "Yu Xian".

However, Liu Xiang is a government official after all. Although he has heard about Liu for a long time, he has never seen Liu's "stunt" with his own eyes, so he will never fully believe it.

Liu Ziran knows that if you want to fully win the trust of Liuxiang, you have to come up with some skills.

What a coincidence. Unfortunately, Liu Xiang tried several times and was right. Especially Liu Xiang's attack on warlord Jansen.

1928, Liu Xiang bought a batch of ordnance abroad, but was detained by Chiang Kai-shek. After hearing the news, Liu quickly told Liu Xiang that Chongqing was about to go to war and should be prepared.

Although Liu Xiang was at a loss, he did as he said and strengthened Chongqing's military defense.

Sure enough, before long, Yang Sen joined forces with other warlords to attack Chongqing. But because Liu Xiang came prepared, Yang Sen was badly beaten.

After this incident, Liu became famous, and Liu Xiang, who had doubts, believed in Liu from now on.

In fact, Liu is accurate mainly because he has more information channels than others. After all, there are many Christians who have been born on the avenue, all over Sichuan. Liu found out the movement of Yang Sen's army in advance through their information.

At this time, Chiang Kai-shek captured Liu Xiang's heavy weapons, which was a good opportunity for Yang Sen, so Liu assumed that Yang Sen would attack Chongqing.

The most important thing in war is information. With some key information, it is not difficult to judge the final direction of the war.

However, this truth that others can understand at a glance, don't you know that there are provinces in Liuxiang and other places? If Liu Xiang is really in a fog and everyone believes in him, it is impossible to hold the top spot among the warlords in Sichuan.

And the reason why he values Liu so much is because he is using Liu.

As mentioned earlier, there are many warlords in Sichuan. But in the war, warlords everywhere have to replenish their troops. But how can young people join the army in their own country?

Liu Xiang chose a method that didn't cost much and didn't offend ordinary people-mind control method.

During the Republic of China, most people were feudal and superstitious. Liu is the founder of the famous "Congenital Avenue" in Sichuan. People are naturally easily bewitched by him, first entering the church and then joining the army.

It is through this means that Liu Xiang's power has grown up bit by bit.

In addition, Liu did put forward a lot of constructive opinions, which made a lot of contributions to Liu Xiang's governance of Sichuan and gained a high degree of trust. Especially Liuxiang even said:

As Zhuge Liang's fame spread further and further during the Republic of China, Liu Xiang was naturally happy. You know, Zhuge Liang assisted Liu Bei to become the king of Shu Han, and now Liu Xiang has won "Zhuge Liang of the Republic of China". He is "Liu Bei of the Republic of China", so he can at least sit on the side of his ministers.

In this way, Liu Xiang became more and more respectful to Liu. He has to obey everything from eating and drinking to marching and fighting. He also specially built a "fairy house" for him and respected him as a strategist.

However, both Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang almost died in the end.

At that time, Liu Xiang's trust in Liu was not generally high.

Before Liu Xiang went to war, the life guide was two Taoist children holding a compass to see the direction; At the military meeting, Liu was dressed in cassock and neither fish nor fowl. When Liu divines, Liu Xiang's generals must kneel down.

In this regard, the generals of the Sichuan army complained quite a lot and advised Liu Xiang that it was probably a tiger. Especially Liuxiang smiled and said:

It can be seen that Liu Xiang at this time may not only regard Liu as a tool to control the masses, but is likely to serve his military adviser wholeheartedly.

But who would have thought that before long, the complaints of the Sichuan generals became predictions.

As early as 1929, Liu trained an army privately, and he selected 100 faithful believers who had been born in the Tao for training.

Then, on the basis of this 100 Christian, a recruit brigade was formed, and Christians who had been born in Avenue joined in one after another, and the army became larger and larger.

But in front of Liu Xiang, Liu Congyun said that he would build a "magic army" for Liu Xiang.

193 1 year, Liu proposed to give this "god army" an official number, hoping to change its name to 2 1 military modeler and distribute weapons. Liu personally served as the teacher. However, Liu Xiang is unwilling to agree.

But Liu didn't know Taishan Mountain and urged Liu Xiang again and again. Obviously, Liu Xiang gave Liu enough respect, honor and trust, only hoping that he could be an obedient strategist, not a teacher with real power.

But Liu Xiang, who didn't want to be torn, finally agreed to Liu Congyun's request, but Liu Xiang made a condition that Liu Xiang himself must be a model teacher.

But everyone knows that even if Liu Xiang is a teacher, this model teacher is composed of Christians who have been born on the Tao, and the real power is still in Liu's hands. From then on, Liu had his own "regular army".

Since Liu, he has been bossy, and he doesn't care about anyone except Liu Xiang. This undoubtedly attracted the dissatisfaction of Sichuan generals, and some even moved their hearts.

In fact, since the defeat of Yang Sen's department, Liu Xiang is getting closer and closer to the first position in Sichuan. At present, the biggest enemy is Liu.

In this process, it is obvious that Liu's role will become smaller and smaller. At this time, the reputation of "Liu Shenxian" suddenly disappeared.

In the past, generals praised Liu because he did have some skills, and he could also act as a link between warlords in negotiations. Although others are not convinced, they dare not have the slightest idea.

Nowadays, Liu is less and less useful, but his ability to gain benefits is getting bigger and bigger. He even owns an army. How can he not cause others' jealousy and unhappiness?

Especially in 1932, after Liu encouraged Liu Xiang to attack Liu, some Sichuan generals couldn't help it any longer, and wrote that Liu Xiang killed Liu. Liu Xiang didn't answer this, but she didn't trust Liu as she used to.

Soon after, Liu met an army and completely destroyed his reputation as "Liu Shenxian".

1934, Liu Xiang obeyed Chiang Kai-shek's orders and besieged Bashan Xu in six ways.

In fact, as early as 1932, Liu Xiang received a similar siege order, but it was just sitting quietly, trying to use the Red Army to consume the power of warlords from all walks of life.

Therefore, almost all small warlords, big and small, in Sichuan fought against the Red Army, but they all came to no good end.

This time, Chiang Kai-shek personally gave orders to Liu Xiang, and Liu Xiang had to bite the bullet. As a result, in ten months, the Red Army not only successfully completed the siege against the Sixth Route, but also wiped out 80,000 enemy troops, confiscated hundreds of guns and 30,000 guns. Liu Xiang was defeated with the help of the "God Army".

Later, Liu Xiang confessed to Chiang Kai-shek and was dismissed from the post of "Commander-in-Chief of Sichuan Communist Suppression". However, Liu Xiang blamed Liu for the failure.

Rumors spread everywhere in Sichuan, and Liu He's reputation was greatly reduced. The general of Sichuan army shouted for him to step down. Although Liu Xiang still has Liu, the relationship with this "Liu Shenxian" has dropped to freezing point.

However, Liu Xiang was removed from the post of Chairman of the Anti-Banditry Committee of the Sichuan Military Commission, and soon found his own way.

1936, without Liu Xiang's permission, Liu changed two platoon leaders of the model pistol team.

It's no big deal. Liu has done such a thing in private before. But this time it was different. Liu Xiang's men reported to Liu Xiang one after another, saying that Liu's previous private redeployment was all Liu's conspiracy. In fact, Liu Xiang did not intend to get rid of Liu, but none of his men wanted to keep Liu.

While Liu Xiang was vacillating between killing and not killing, Liu smelled a little crisis. Finally, he was forced to leave Chengdu overnight and fled to Shanghai to avoid disaster.

After arriving in Shanghai, Liu was helpless and had to do his old job-fortune telling.

Leading the troops to fight, he can't; Fortune telling is not good. Sure enough, it wasn't long before he became famous and established himself in Shanghai.

Liu also received a group of Christians in Shanghai, and the dignitaries who came to the Fairy Palace were scattered all over the place. If you want to see Liu, you must have status and money, otherwise it will be difficult to see him.

The reason why he can make a comeback in Shanghai naturally depends on a fool and two liars. But if he makes a living from this, he can be a "simple" fortune teller. Although he won't be rich or expensive, he can still save his life. However, Liu is active and determined to get involved in politics.

1April, 948, the Kuomintang elected the president and vice president.

This election was originally an infighting between Chiang Kai-shek and Li Zongren, and even most other senior officials of the Kuomintang dared not express their views at will. But Liu, a small folk fortune teller, began to comment crazily on a candidate's birthday.

He even linked Chiang Kai-shek and others with Shanghai's "world of flowers and flowers" and posted such comments everywhere, causing Chiang Kai-shek's dissatisfaction. Liu realized that the situation was getting worse and worse and quickly fled Shanghai.

Liu, who left Shanghai, chose to return to Sichuan and Chongqing, ready to use his past fame to reproduce the glory of the road he was born with. But after Liu Xiang died in 1938, there was no one to protect him in Sichuan. Even if Liu comes back at this time, it is difficult to regain his former authority.

1at the end of 949, the PLA entered Sichuan. 1April, 950, Sichuan was liberated. But Liu doesn't want to be engaged in the usual innate avenue in the new era, that is, committing crimes against the wind.

Don't say that the people don't believe it, and neither does the government. Liu has no choice but to hide in the east. 1953, the people's government still arrested him.

After trial, the Chengdu Intermediate People's Court sentenced Liu to death for "counter-revolutionary crime" with a two-year suspension. After hearing the verdict, everyone else was stupid.

Liu's life can be described as bad luck. In his early years, he was confused and derailed. Follow Liu backwards and lead the troops to encircle the Red Army. In the years of the Anti-Japanese War, Liu Xiangchuan was in the front line, but he hid in Shanghai to swindle and cheat, and made no achievements.

After two years in prison, Liu became depressed day by day. As a result, he died while being released on medical parole before being executed.

Known as the "immortal body", he didn't realize that he would end up like this.
