Daxing Temple in Xi 'an, China

Daxingshan Temple, located in the south of Xi City, Shaanxi Province, is the birthplace of tantric Buddhism in China, and the State Council has been designated as a key Buddhist temple in the Han area of China. Founded in the second year of Taishi (226), the original "Zunshan Temple". Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty, when building the metropolis Daxing City (now Xi 'an), regarded it as a national temple. Because he was originally a Duke of Daxing County in the Northern Zhou Dynasty, he was named after the word "Daxing" and the word "Mountain" in "Jingshanfang".

Kiyoji
