Does Lufeng Jiazi belong to Chaoshan people?

According to the similarity, Chaozhou dialect can be roughly divided into three categories:

Chaozhou includes Chaozhou (Raoping), Shantou (Chenghai, South Australia) and Jieyang.

Tides, including Shantou Chaoyang, Jieyang Puning and Huilai.

Land, sea and rich species, including Shanwei City (Lufeng and Haifeng).

So there is no problem of piracy, but the different pronunciation is caused by local differences! Don't mind so much.
