Is Zhang's story true?

Zhang's story is true. 1997, 50-year-old Zhang worked in Luoyang and found an abandoned baby on his way home from work.

Zhang has never been married and can't take care of children. Looking at the starving baby, Zhang suddenly felt that this was fate and an angel given to him by God. He will raise her anyway, so he named the girl pigeon.
