He was born on May 29th in the 12th year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1655) and died on April 1st in the 6th year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1728) at the age of 73. Born in a scholarly family, poetic and intelligent, he entered Dr. Pan at the age of 28. 36 years old; 43 years old (thirty-six years of Kangxi), the only scholar in Xuzhou history. In the thirty-sixth year of Kangxi (A.D. 1697), when he entered the palace for the examination, he was chosen as the top scholar by Kangxi because of his correct answers to articles on military and political affairs, official management and river defense, and was awarded the title of imperial academy's editing.
