Wuchuan's wedding customs: Wuchuan's marriage is basically carried out in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Book of Rites, and it is very particular about accepting, asking names, accepting, inviting and meeting. Making the bed, picking up the car, paying homage, setting wine, making tea for the bride and returning to the door are the wedding procedures of Wuchuan people. Now the times have changed, and people's concept of smoking at weddings has also changed, but this program has survived in many places.

Wuchuan is known as "the hometown of Cantonese opera". Every year, more than 40 performing groups from Guangdong and Guangxi enter Wuchuan. They have been "lurking" in urban and rural areas for many years, especially "spring classes" and "autumn classes". At the peak, 60 troupes gathered. In rural areas where "New Year's Festival" is celebrated, a big drama often lasts for several days or even a month at most, sometimes leaving the troupe "no drama to perform". Therefore, there has long been a saying that "Wuchuan supported the Guangdong and Guangxi Cantonese Opera Troupe".
