Heihe City is located in the northeast border of China, in the north of Heilongjiang Province.

It is bordered by Yichun City and Suihua City in the southeast, Qiqihar City in the southwest, Nenjiang River in the west, Daxing 'anling in the north and Amur State in Russia in the northeast, with a total area of 68,726 square kilometers. Heihe city has a long history.
