Lanshan District, Rizhao City, Shandong Province is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, bordering the Yellow Sea in the east, Junan County and Juxian County in the west, Donggang District of Rizhao City in the north and Ganyu District of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province in the south. The coastline is 25 kilometers long and covers a total area of 759 square kilometers. By 2009, the population will be 420,000, including urban population 1 1 10,000.
