Zhang (188 1 March 20th ~ 1 July 9731), pen name Huang, Qingtong, born in Huashan County (now Changsha City), Hunan Province, was born on March 20th. He used to be the chief judicial and educational officer of Beiyang government of the Republic of China, a member of the National Political Consultative Conference of the Republic of China, a member of the NPC Standing Committee of the People's Republic of China, a member of the Standing Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference, and a curator of central research institute of culture and history.
