In this world, most projects are creative first, then funded, and then staffed, but the boutique B&B of Dali Fifth Society is different. It is that people come first, and then ideas come, so everything is logical.

Shareholders are a group of designers who call themselves Ibbser, from all over the country, and the shopkeeper Lao K is from Nanjing; INNO, the owner of fig coffee, Chen Geng, is from Shanghai; Zhan Bin, the famous designer of the resort hotel, is from Shenzhen. The world is boundless, the scenery is boundless, Erhai Lake is close at hand and the sky is just around the corner. Partners from all over the world, divorced from the hectic life and fast-paced work, gathered in Dali for the same reason to establish an idealistic utopian homestay.

About 20 12, Lao K and INNO came up with the idea of never giving up while riding by Erhai Lake. At that time, the Double Gallery was already very busy. They wanted to find a quiet place, so they went to Ma Jiuyi in the west of Erhai Lake.

Ma Jiuyi is a Bai village in the middle of Erhai Lake. From Erhaimen, the ancient city of Dali, to Erhai, take the West Road around the sea, which is less than 7 kilometers. Ma Jiuyi is the place where Erhai Lake is suddenly enlightened!

The Er coastline is folded to the west, enclosing a bright bay. The sea view turns east and north, which is the most open lake view here. From here to the opposite Shuanglang, the straight line distance is 30 kilometers-that is the feeling of Erhai Lake "sea".

Different from other places in Dali, there are many sea view rooms along the coast, and Erhai Lake is unobstructed. Beautiful scenery, strong flavor of life, rarely commercialized.

When I first came here, it was still surrounded by private houses. The predecessor of Wushe is a three-story building, which is located on the edge of the village. One end of the house is connected with other residents, and the other end is more open.

Coincidentally, one of the "harsh" conditions of the landlord is that the tenant needs to be demolished and rebuilt, which is exactly in line with their ideas. So a group of designer friends from Nanjing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou and Guangzhou started the homestay project.

Lao K found a large group of talented utopian designers on ibbs, an interior designer network he created, and they contributed various design schemes to this small land near Erhai Lake.

The courtyard view room on the first floor is the masterpiece of Xi Hangqian, and the suite plan is modified according to the guest's graphic design. Liu played a key role in setting up public areas and swimming pools. Bai, a professional and careful lighting designer, provided a lighting design scheme for this event. Zhao Bingna invested a lot of time and energy in the design of soft clothes. The flowerpots, teacups and teapots were all designed by Fang Zhenpeng.

From a hotel with complete functional layout to a small house with attention to landscape details, they painted the ideal home in their hearts. Perhaps for many people, this is the first design scheme they have made without considering the needs of Party A. ..

From April 20 12, more than 700 days and nights, more than two years, basically from site selection, design, construction and so on. Party A and Party B, the free and open environment has brought many fresh elements and unexpected original ecological effects to the design.

After the transformation, Wushe covers an area of about 850 square meters, with a building area of 1.200 square meters. Although it occupies the best area of Erhai Lake, it is tightly wrapped by a simple wooden structure, and outsiders will not easily find that this step is actually a traveler's home.

The front door of the building is designed as a large sunken pool, and the water surface is directly connected with Erhai Lake. The surface of the water is like a mirror, with a panoramic view of blue sky and white clouds. Standing on it is like standing on a mirror made of water, and you will feel a wonderful sense of peace inside.

This layout is like an open-air swimming pool, which combines the blue sky and white clouds of Cangshan Mountain, the lake reflection of Erhai Lake and the designer's architectural works, and the creative elements scattered at will make people feel amazing step by step.

The pool is flush with the lake in front of us in the line of sight, giving people a pleasant and cool artistic conception of the empty Erhai Lake. There is also a sofa in the hollow part of the swimming pool. The color of the space is simple and harmonious, and people will not feel the slightest oppression when they nest inside.

The front yard building is modern and simple, with black steel structure and wooden window cover, which is relatively rigid and flexible in cold and warm, and is simple and fashionable as a whole. Buildings are built around the pool, and water has a calming effect, which also organically connects the buildings.

Entering the backyard, you can see a small pool covered with pebbles, in which fish swim around carefree. Outside the open-air stone wall, local residential buildings, light gray roofs and white brick walls are presented at appropriate intervals, paying a quiet and long tribute to Dali's ancient culture.

For the purpose of social function, the public area that is not abandoned is very large. The lobby on the first floor connects the front and rear courtyards, several sets of high-quality tables and chairs, a row of comfortable sofas and flowers placed at random, creating a leisure space without a sense of distance.

The transparency of the lobby makes it easy for people to sit down and rest comfortably, or meditate or sit still. Newcomers can drink tea and chat inside, be alone with books, and look out through the raised glass door. Time has a sense of texture.

The transition from outdoor to indoor is very smooth. Everything is arranged by design, but you can't see the design. You immediately feel the designer's rich design experience and mature aesthetic taste until the experiencer lingers.

Going upstairs is the climax. On the second floor, at the entrance, a huge floor-to-ceiling window frame captures the lake view of Erhai Lake, and two trees naturally grow nearby, giving a panoramic view of Erhai Lake in the distance. Walk over and stop. People are in the painting.

In addition, every floor of B&B is specially raised, hoping that passengers can enjoy the perfect scenery. Looking out from the courtyard on the ground floor and the terrace on each floor, it is the moving scenery of Cangshan and Erhai, and the homestay under the blue sky is as late as painting.

The designer is well aware of the guests' desires. Almost all the sea view rooms can easily see the whole picture of Erhai Lake, and the bathtub is specially placed at the window, facing the water surface that makes you stunned.

The suites here are large in area, with complete balconies, bathtubs, skylights, intelligent bathroom equipment, desks and reception areas. Especially the invincible terraced fields, it is a very good experience to bring the deep blue starry sky in Dali to your eyes.

The room is so clean that there are no decorative paintings, because the windows are already well painted. Most rooms face north to Erhai Lake. Looking out from the bed, watching the clouds and the sea, never getting tired of watching them, can really slow people down naturally.

All considerations are based on the premise of not affecting people's quiet daze. Although there are still many problems in the details of the hotel, in such an atmosphere, most people only have emotional and soft hearts, which is a wonderful feeling that they are not satisfied during their travels.
