There are two main reasons why the houses in Jiaojiang Garden New Village are not demolished:

1. Insufficient funds. As of August 4, 2023, the transfer payment budget in Zhejiang Province was less than 1000 billion yuan, and Jiaojiang Garden New Village had no extra demolition funds.

2. Demolition plan. By August 4th, 2023, the house demolition in Jiaojiang Garden New Village was not in housing construction plan, Zhejiang Province.
