Ask for a composition of Jiangxi tea-picking drama.

On June 26th, 2008, 10, in Doumen Square, Li Antang Town, Nanchang City, "2008 Nanchang Tea-picking Opera Exhibition Week" was grandly staged here.

Every night, the lights are brightly lit in the depths of the square, and audiences flock from all directions. The front of the stage was crowded with people, three floors inside and three floors outside. Everyone stretched out their necks and stared intently, listening with relish and in high spirits. The authentic local accent makes people feel very cordial. I haven't heard the tea-picking drama in Nanchang for a long time, and I forgot it. It turns out that Nanchang still has its own cultural essence. I didn't expect that when Korean dramas were popular and imported blockbusters occupied the market, some people were still sticking to this garden, taking it as their responsibility to promote Nanchang's local opera culture and attracting so many people. It's admirable and gratifying.

Nanchang tea-picking opera originated from the folk Lantern Festival and December tea-picking tune in Nanchang in the Qing Dynasty, and was formed in the late Qing Dynasty through the stages of lantern opera, three-legged pile and half-class. Popular in Nanchang, Xinjian, Anyi and other places. The main tunes are "Tea Light Tone" and "Climbing Bamboo Shoots Tone", "Miao Mai Tone" and "Xiahe Tone" which evolved from "Tea Light Tone". The erhu accompanied by music has the playing method of "playing the piano with flowers", which is divided into two types: middle bow and short bow. The short bow has bow method, vibrato method, sliding method and fingering method. Traditional repertoires such as Pumpkin, Inquisition, Gu Jia and Hua Jiao, which are adapted from folk stories in Nanchang, are collectively called "Four Stories in Nanchang" and are full of local characteristics.

There used to be a tea-picking troupe in Nanchang, which was founded in 1953, just opposite the original Bayi shopping mall. The Jinggangshan Theatre used to be a rehearsal place for the troupe, but now it has become a cinema and a leisure place. Nanchang Tea Picking Group has created and performed many influential plays, such as Pumpkin, Gu Jiaji, Mingyuan, Huajiao, Crazy Girl in the Valley, Peach Blossom, Three Girls Grab the Board, Yang Mai and so on. Before the Cultural Revolution, there seemed to be a large-scale tea-picking drama "Sister Xianglin" in Nanchang, but was it ever staged? I don't know if there is still Nanchang Tea Picking Troupe, and I don't know if anyone is still engaged in this work.

Now the troupe performing in Doumen Square may all come from the people, and I don't know what their living conditions are. But for the pure land of their hometown, they never give up and stick to it for a long time, which is really touching. The local culture rooted in Nanchang's green mountains and green waters has a strong local color, its own living soil and tenacious vitality.

Doumen Square was dark and crowded with people who came to enjoy the tea-picking opera in Nanchang. On this occasion, the most exciting thing is these children, but who can be sure that there will be no inheritors of Nanchang tea-picking opera from these children in the future?

Nanchang tea-picking drama has its own survival soil and tenacious vitality.

The charm of Nanchang tea picking drama is enough to make people unforgettable for a long time.
