Introduction to the eighteen hands of dharma

Mixing elements in one breath is the first hand of eighteen hands, from which all methods are derived, and all ingenious ideas are born from the inside. Because it is the foundation of cultivating vitality and change, it is practiced in three stages. When Gong Zhuang first learned this method, the first thing he paid attention to was to accept his heart, that is, not to think about the past, not to fantasize about the future, and not to miss the present. As long as he has achieved these three points, he will naturally be quiet and ethereal, and his meditation can be expected. The method is to recite the Buddhist Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra for three times, and then concentrate on it, with the intention that an aura will fall from the sky, push it into the body from the head and sink into the abdomen. This can be done several times in a row, and then concentrate on keeping calm and staying in the abdomen, intending that the abdomen is angry and ups and downs. Beginners can gradually increase from 20 minutes to 40 minutes each time to 1 hour, twice a day in the morning and evening.

From March to half a year, I realized that my abdomen was full of qi, and I felt the internal qi circulating all over the body, which means that my lower limbs, calves, soles of my feet and toes all felt heavy and swollen. When I hold the ground with ten toes, my fingers feel itchy and numb, and my palms are hot and swollen. There is an intermediate stage: through the practice of the previous stage, the limbs are basically relaxed and the whole body is initially produced. The method is to recite the Buddhist Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra for three times, and then descend from the top of the head to the abdomen. In the stop for a minute of the abdomen, the qi of the abdomen is transported to the Yongquan point at the foot, and then the air is intentionally drawn to the heel, followed by the bladder sutra to the Dazhui, and the qi is divided into three ways; One passes through the Baihui Fixed Foot Bridge, and the other two go straight from Dazhui to the left and right shoulders, elbows and wrists, and stop for a moment. Then take back the qi of the mid-levels and sink into the abdomen, so repeated luck. Practice for about 30 minutes each time, twice in the morning and twice in the evening.

The palms together are the handprints of Buddhist king kong palm. They are used to keep fit, enlighten wisdom and reduce friction. The palm is lucky, and the palm will emit different levels of light at any time. This stage is mainly to meditate on the Buddhist Heart Sutra three times to practice your own ideas, and then start meditation. Because of the above two stages, it will not be difficult to practice. First of all, visualize the "indomitable spirit" and imagine that you are taller and taller, your head is as high as the sky, your feet are in the ground, your limbs are stout, and your waist is like Optimus Prime. After the image is set, it is great to visualize the "giant hand fairy Buddha" and imagine that your hands are getting bigger and thicker. No matter how talented your grandson is, it's hard to get out of my palm. The specific time is determined by yourself, all by heart and hard work.

When you practice mixing elements, your mind will realize something, and you will gain something. Then you can learn and practice nine stunts, boxing moves or other kinds of kung fu, which will get twice the result with half the effort, otherwise it will become passive water, trees without roots, and it will be difficult to reach the upper position.

Eighteen hands of Buddhism, also known as eighteen hands of Shaolin or Shaolin arhat. Stand up straight step by step, breathe clearly, and listen attentively. This is the initial internal strength.
