The route enters Wenshui County from Hou Shi in the south and runs along Ciyao River in the southwest. It passes through Dongcheng, Dongzhuang, Nanmingyang and wucun, turns to the west in the southeast of Zhengjiazhuang, turns to the southwest through Baijinbao and Taoping Village, and enters the urban area of Fenyang. After passing through Renyan, du cun and pipeline, it will be routed along Wenyuxi River, passing through Xileijiabao, Xuanchaibao, Yi 'an, Shenjiabao, Qiaojiazhuang, Hou Wen and Muzhuang, and reach the end of this project, which is located in Li Jiazhuang Township, Fenyang City. The whole line is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane first-class highway.
