Article 300 of China's Criminal Law stipulates: "Whoever organizes or makes use of public associations or uses superstition to undermine the implementation of national laws and administrative regulations shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years; If the circumstances are particularly serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than seven years.
