With the beginning of industrialization and commercialization in modern western countries, science has developed rapidly. Science plays a leading role in contemporary society, becoming the embodiment of truth and being admired by the world. In modern times, which pays attention to scientific and technological civilization, the development of Jing Zong will inevitably face challenges from science. In fact, pure religion can be harmonious and inclusive of science, and science is difficult to reach the concept and realm of pure religion. Why? Jing Zong grasped the truth of the universe and life, which is the expression of deep prajnaparamita; Science, on the other hand, is to observe and compare, make hypothetical guesses, build mathematical models and accept the sixth knowledge proved by experiments, which belongs to proportional reasoning. The pure sects now appearing are perfect and complete; The science of ratio reasoning often deviates from the truth and sometimes produces fallacies (for this reason, Pope put forward the scientific standard-the principle of falsification). Therefore, pure sects and science cannot be simply compared on the same level.

There are various differences between pure religion and science in value goals and ways of thinking. However, after all, they are facing the truth of the same object-the Dharma realm (the universe). Therefore, there are many similarities in their conceptual schemata. The adjustment of modern scientific thinking mode and the application of high technology have greatly broadened the horizon of human understanding of cosmic life and deepened the understanding of the mystery of cosmic life. The achievements of modern science have profoundly changed the way of thinking and world outlook of human beings. Since the 1970s, western science and technology have tended to approach the wisdom of the East (especially Buddhism), and the internal relationship between pure religion and modern avant-garde science and technology has increasingly attracted the attention of people of insight. In this paper, the author throws a brick to attract jade, and intends to make a comparative explanation and exchange on the internal relations between pure Zongxuanmen and avant-garde scientific thoughts, such as time and space view, holographic law, quantum physics, computer technology, modern mathematics and so on. In order to provide a bridge of interaction between the two, inject enlightenment factors into modern science, and provide modern examples for pure sectarian beliefs, as described below.

First, multidimensional space is wide and narrow.

In the Mahayana Sutra of Infinite Life, the pure Buddhism advocated by the Buddha is first of all radiant, and ten Buddhist temples appear in the light. Amitabha visits 2 10 billion buddhas because of the land. In this dharma meeting, blessed by the Buddha, Ananda prayed and prayed, and Amitabha and the paradise of all saints appeared in front of the four disciples in this land. Amitabha holds infinite light in the palm of his hand, and in an instant, the temples, heavenly palaces, even hungry ghosts and ghosts of the underworld can be clearly seen. Proof: Multidimensional space is everywhere. Just because of our karma, we can only see the space corresponding to karma, but we can't see Buddha, heaven or even hell. The Bodhisattva's Tibetan Scripture says, "The world in nothingness is more than all the dust in the universe, but it is not hindered by karma." The saints in the western pure land can see us, but we can't see the saints in other places. Buddhists and bodhisattvas in Elysium can freely reveal various dimensions of space to educate all beings without moving the Dojo.

The western paradise is infinite in space, and the dust is full of endless solemnity. Among a tree, there are ten boundless Buddha countries. Wide, narrow, comfortable and harmonious. Elysium is the hidden land of the legal world, including the legal world and the whole legal world. It's incredible to call it sexual merit. We should thoroughly understand the truth of multidimensional space and gain the ability to freely enter and leave various dimensions. The quickest way is to read Buddha and live in the pure land of the West.

Second, time tunnel, robbery and harmonious ideas

Time is a great challenge to human thinking. Since ancient times, people have ignored the question of time, or put brackets around it, or interpreted it with common sense. At the beginning of the 20th century, Einstein opened the gap of space-time characteristics, made a major discovery of relativity, and opened a new chapter in the study of time.

Relativity shows that time is not possessed by reality itself, but a tool for people to explain the world. In other words, time is an illusion and the description of time is relative. For one observer, it is a simultaneous event, but for another observer, it is not simultaneous. The perception (interpretation) of time varies with different reference systems, and time and space penetrate and transform each other. Einstein's explanation of time relativity shines with genius. However, for the nature of time, Einstein admitted that he was not sure: "There are some essential things now, just outside the scientific field."

A pure mind, sitting away from San Ji in the past, present and future, can transcend time, let it master time, or condense it into an idea indefinitely; Or the delay of an idea is infinite robbery; Or grab the past into the future; Or the present becomes the past; Or turn the future into the present, which San Ji likes and delays at the same time.

There are many records about the merits and demerits of liberation time in Jing Tu Zong Jing. In the Mahayana Infinite Life Sutra "The Origin of Great Religion", the master first sang his merits (in order to convince the public of the purity of his ancestors), "I can live in memory, countless times, and all roots without any increase or decrease." It shows the merits of transcending time and thinking for peace. Heaven, people and saints in Elysium all know that they have the ability to transcend time, and they all know the past lives of the Ten Realms. We can know in advance when all beings in the ten realms will be detached and born. If you want to go to Shifang Buddhist Temple to support the Buddhas, you can go to two places and return to Elysium in a short time, which proves that the Bodhisattva saints in Elysium transcend time and space and are at home.

Elysium is a wonderful place beyond time and space, with neither the name of doom of years nor the change of seasons. The soil has not been eroded by time, declined or changed. Other people in the past, unlimited by time, have an endless life. The timely liberation of heaven, people and saints in the Elysium provides the best conditions for them to study and prove their fruit (become a Buddha all their lives). The relativity between Buddhism and Buddhism can also be proved in the practice of Buddhist practitioners. The western paradise is 10 trillion Buddhist temples away from women's world. Buddhist practitioners will be blessed by Amitabha at the end of their lives, and they can die in the pure land of the West with a flick of their fingers. It proves that the boundary between time and space melts in the sympathetic situation of chanting Buddha and Amitabha. What is the difference in time when the deceased entered the original sea of Amitabha? Ordinary people have the merit of chanting Buddha to the heart beyond time. The following article "Guan Jing" gave birth to Zhang Yun: "When the heart is full of voices, there are ten thoughts, saying that there is no Amitabha Buddha in South China, and the Buddha is named after it, except for the crime of robbing life and death of 8 billion." Buddhists recite Buddha in this world, the cause of sin is the past life, and reporting sin is the afterlife. Ordinary people have been chanting Buddha for three generations. San Ji also has incredible advantages.

To sum up: understanding the time theory of modern natural science is helpful to understand the mysterious door of western pure land; The transcendence of western pure land has profound enlightenment to the study of contemporary time theory. The confusion of ordinary people is mostly caused by the constraints of time and space. Studying the characteristics of time with the view of life and death is like sitting in a chair and trying to lift it. Therefore, contemporary avant-garde scientists should seek enlightenment from Jing Zong if they want to get out of the strange circle of time research. Those who want to get rid of the shackles of time should also strive to become famous and prove that they are samadhi.

Third, holographic mutual penetration, endless.

Modern avant-garde science has a revolutionary change in its way of thinking, that is, it regards the universe as an organic dynamic network, from extragalactic galaxies to elementary particles and genetic DNA. Part of it permeates with the whole, that is, it is endless, full of beauty and magic. Try to give several examples to prove it.

Amitabha Buddha's body is solemn, showing endless realm and capturing all beings. Another cloud says, "Those who see the infinite buddhas will see the infinite buddhas in ten directions and the infinite buddhas' fate. The buddhas are now recorded to see all the colors and bodies. "It is proved that Amitabha Buddha and the Infinite Constant Sand Ten Buddhas are holographic and interpenetrating. Therefore, to read Amitabha means to read ten Buddhas, and to see Amitabha means to see ten Buddhas. Amitabha Buddha is a hidden place in the dharma world, and the western paradise is a Tibetan in the dharma world, which shows the wonderful use of many aspects.

In the pure land of the west, there are many precious lotus flowers all over the world, one in the middle of China, emitting 360 billion light; There are 360 billion buddhas in the light, 100 buddhas in the light, and ten subtle methods. In this way, all Buddhas are determined by the right path of Buddhism. Every lotus flower is like an emperor's net bead. There are countless lotus flowers in Elysium. Lotus shines, light shows Buddha, and Buddha shows the country. There are countless lotus flowers in the countryside, and the lotus flowers bloom again and again ... endlessly and wonderfully. A lotus flower has boundless Buddhism, which has poured all the seawater in the world into China. It was once dissatisfied with one of the lotus flowers, and the holographic phase was incredible.

Elysium also has infinite characteristics. There are countless people who have passed away, and there are countless people who have gone to nirvana. Elysium is often like a law, neither increasing nor decreasing. For example, the sea king in the water, rivers into the sea, the sea does not increase; Infinite water flows out of the sea, and the sea does not decrease. Just as mathematics is infinite, how many finite numbers add equals infinity; How many finite numbers have been reduced, or equal to infinity. The wonderful virtue of the infinite pure land in the west is precisely the characteristic that everything does not hinder the legal world. The concept and realm of mutual penetration and endless interest is still a revolutionary concept in contemporary natural science, because it goes beyond people's daily experience and has not yet become people's knowledge. It is really commendable for avant-garde scientists to extend their thinking tentacles to such a depth. The rational exploration of scientists and the connection between pure Sect and the current quantitative world are helpful to the qualitative leap of the development of modern avant-garde science.

Fourth, uncertainty principle and implicit and explicit.

The rise of relativity and quantum theory in the 20th century had a far-reaching impact on the way of thinking of human beings, and the determinist world outlook was severely challenged. Heisenberg's uncertainty principle (also known as uncertainty principle) shows that it is impossible to describe the position and velocity of an atomic particle at the same time with any predetermined accuracy. We can only measure the position of atoms very accurately-at this time, the role of observation instruments masks our understanding of speed-or we can measure the speed accurately and give up our understanding of its position. The uncertainty relation shows that each atomic particle image has its own uncertainty surface, which is enough to avoid the logical contradiction between different images. There is wave-particle duality in elementary particles. According to the observer's ideas and observation methods, elementary particles are either fluctuating or particles. One situation is obvious and the other is hidden. And vice versa, hidden and obvious. Here, the observer's intention plays an important role. The more frequently a quantum mechanical system is observed in a specific state, the more likely it is to keep its original state. It shows that there is a subtle interaction between human mind and inanimate objects. The uncertainty principle put forward by mathematician Godel is similar to Heisenberg's uncertainty principle.

According to modern cosmology, at the beginning of the Big Bang, the same amount of idiosyncrasies and antimatter were produced. The angel image appears, but the devil image is hidden; Demon image appears, angel image hides. Hidden and obvious, random and present, with great aesthetic interest. Other paintings, such as vases and faces, ducklings and rabbits, all produce artistic effects according to different hidden forms.

There is a hysterical case that can reveal people's deep psychology and multiple personalities, showing hidden and obvious significance. Sybil, a patient, was horribly abused by his mother in childhood and suffered great mental trauma. In order to cope with the harsh reality, Sybil often lost his memory, and as many as fifteen incarnations appeared before and after. Each avatar has a different name, age, personality, hobbies and attitude towards life. These incarnations appear at any time under specific needs. Sybil couldn't handle it herself. The avatar took care of it for her. Xiyuan (sober self) doesn't know that there is an incarnation (just lost for a while), and there is no memory and experience of an incarnation.

When an avatar controls her body, the other fifteen personalities are hidden and intertwined, and the days are spent in a dreamy and intermittent state. Later, Sybil was treated by Dr. Wilbur 1 1 year. Sixteen split personalities were integrated and a new Sybil was born.

Every normal person also has multiple signs of personality, which is explained by Buddhism. My mind is full of ten dharma realms. When you think of stupidity, that is, the realm of animal law appears, and the other nine realms disappear; When the Buddha's name is read, the Buddhist and Dharma realms appear, while the other nine Dharma realms disappear. The hidden and obvious Xuan door is embodied in all aspects of life in the universe.

There are many descriptions of Jing Zong's classics, either implicit or explicit. In Mahayana Endless Life Sutra, Amitabha is as bright as Huang Jinshan and appears in the void of the Dharma Association. At that time, I heard that the light of bodhisattvas and saints is hidden, and the light of all things is like gathering ink. There are very few stars on the moon, which reflects the hidden appearance.

The pool water in the pure land of the west can perform infinite dharma sounds, just a kind of water, and can tell many wonderful dharma methods at the same time and place, or the voice of Buddhism, or the voice of immortality, or the voice of great sorrow and joy, or the voice of nectar. People who take a bath in the pool, each smells the way they want to smell, and whether they smell it or not is adjusted according to their own ideas. For those who want to listen, Bai Yang's teachings are wonderful; If you don't want to listen, the water waves will become silent. The same is true of the Shifang Buddhist Temple on the treasure tree, on the ground and on the pilaster. Those who wish to see other Buddhist temples will be immediately reflected on the pilaster between precious trees; People who don't want to see can't see anything Music, elephants, etc. All are hidden and obvious, and beautiful virtues are obvious with reading. The nirvana and succession of the three western saints in the pure land also belong to the obvious and hidden aspects felt in previous lives. In fact, the three saints are one, hidden and obvious, and harmonious but different.

It can be seen that the uncertainty principle belongs to the manifestation of the Xuanmen. The metaphysical principle of Elysium can confirm the correctness of modern scientific thought, and grasping the essence of modern science is also helpful to believe in the existence of pure land in the West. The communication between the phenomenal world and the essential world indicates that human reason has entered a new stage.

Five, quality and energy change each other, and the information network is smooth.

1905, Einstein put forward the formula of mass-energy interconversion: E=MC2(E= energy, M= mass, C= light speed). This formula reveals that matter is locked energy and energy is released. Although there is a disparity between the two, the essence is the same. Therefore, mass and energy can be transformed into each other. The successful trial production of nuclear weapons has proved in practice that extremely small mass can release huge energy. The conversion of energy into matter can be established in theory, but people on earth can't put it into practice yet.

The saints in the western paradise can freely convert matter into energy, and energy into matter. For example, when heaven and man in Elysium have the idea of eating, the seven treasures bowl will naturally appear in front of them (energy will be transformed into matter), and all kinds of food will naturally be filled. When the idea is over, the bowl will naturally disappear (matter will return to energy) and need not be scrubbed. Look at the palace where you live and the embroidered clothes. To support the ten buddhas, all kinds of offerings, fragrant flowers and treasure covers should be read out in your hands. In the pure land of the west, there is no pressure and concern for survival, only doing things wholeheartedly, feeling at ease and enjoying noble happiness (the local high technology is established from the outside, and the pure land can be self-sufficient).

With the rapid development of information technology in contemporary society, the Internet has almost become a symbol of modernization. Global computer networking is becoming a reality. In the near future, people can work, study, study, have various entertainments, make friends, visit nearby shopping malls, talk with distant relatives and friends, and show photos through the information superhighway without leaving their study desks. Although the local information technology is developed, it is poor compared with the information situation in the western paradise. The local information network takes computers as the medium, after all, there are many limitations and shortcomings (such as high price, viruses, etc. ). The information network of the western pure land can communicate with each other without the intermediary of instruments. If you want to contact a Taoist friend, you should think of seeing that Taoist friend from a distance (like a videophone), no matter how far away, you can have a heart-to-heart conversation. Because all the dead people have their brains and wisdom, they don't need language, they just need to communicate with their thoughts (they can do this if they want to communicate with their voices).
