Liping County is a county under the jurisdiction of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province. It is located in the southeast of Guizhou Province and the south of Qiandongnan Prefecture. It borders Jingzhou Miao and Dong Autonomous County and Tongdao Dong Autonomous County in Hunan Province in the east, Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in the south, Rongjiang County and congjiang county in Qiandongnan Prefecture in the west, and Jinping County and Jianhe County in Qiandongnan Prefecture in the north.
