Why can a monk know the fate of others?

A monk can't know the fate of others.

Most of the so-called eminent monks are liars. Cheating money is light, cheating money is heavy, and deceiving others. Generally, people with bad luck will go to the monk to excuse themselves. Monks see this in people, and then use their own words and rhetoric to convince the victims of what they say. The so-called bystanders are clear, but the authorities are confused.

Fate, that is, fate and luck, refers to a mode of doing things by combining fixed numbers with variables. Life and luck are two different concepts. Destiny is a fixed number, referring to a specific object; Transportation as a variable refers to the transformation of time and space. The combination of fate and luck is a process in which a specific object is transformed in time and space. When luck comes, fate changes.

Scientific outlook on fate

Philosophers and thinkers around the world also have different views on fate. As early as more than 2,000 years ago, thinkers in ancient Greece and China had expressed their fate. For example, Confucianism believes in the existence of fate, so Confucius once proposed the separation of loyalty and fate. He once pointed out that even if he tried to ask the vassal states to respect Zhou Zhili, he might still be influenced by the objective environment and his mission could not be completed.

So Confucianism believes in the existence of fate. On the contrary, both Mohism and Legalism oppose the existence of fate. Both of them believe that people's poverty, wealth and happiness are determined by personal efforts and luck, and God has no ability to decide fate. Therefore, Mohist and Legalist schools do not agree with the existence of fate.
