On how to solve the problem of slow development of village level based on the reality in mountainous areas, we solicited opinions and suggestions extensively, and established the working idea of "developing mountainous areas and seeking benefits from barren hills". In the work, the way of "cadres, team leaders, party member and representatives of the masses go into battle together" was adopted, and the investment was120,000 yuan and the staff180,000 people. In the past two years, 3,000 mu of high-quality walnut varieties such as Xiangling and Yuanfeng have been planted, and 654.38+10,000 plants have been cultivated and dug. In the past two years, more than 30,000 fish scale pits have been dug and 654.38 million Platycladus orientalis plants have been planted. In September last year, through competition, government support, social financing and other channels, 9.6 million yuan was raised to implement the comprehensive management project of Zhaozhuang small watershed, and water-saving modes such as micro-spraying and drip irrigation were adopted to promote water-saving irrigation and develop water-saving and efficient agriculture. In the next step, the transformation of old villages will be started to solve the living environment problems of the masses. It is planned to build 12 residential buildings in the south of the village, covering an area of 150 mu. After the renovation of the old village is completed, more than 400 mu of land can be vacated. Take advantage of the proximity to Jinan Pingyin Expressway intersection and Zhaozhuang Reservoir, cooperate with developers to develop real estate, attract surrounding villages to gather in the community or attract investment for the project, and finally achieve a good situation surrounded by pine and cypress on the mountain and fruits and vegetables on the hillside, transform the old village under the mountain, save energy and protect the environment, ensure two incomes, and enrich the people and strengthen the village.
