Why do people in Wuwei dislike Minqin?

Wuwei and Minqin are both Gansu people, probably because of better natural conditions. Wuwei people are a little lazy and don't want to go out. However, the harsh natural environment has cultivated the indomitable character of Minqin people and the courage to go out and break into the world. Therefore, there are Minqin people who are lawless, and there are Minqin people in the world. But I didn't say that Wuwei people don't like Minqin.

Wuwei is a city under the jurisdiction of Gansu Province and a prefecture-level city in China.
