Lanzhou Anning Daqingshan Ski Resort 1

Lanzhou Anning Daqingshan Ski Resort is located in the loess hilly area of Daqingshan, Feijiaying, Kongjiaya, Anning District, Lanzhou City. It is the largest modern ski resort with complete facilities in the northwest of China-Northwest Plateau Ski Resort.

Langmusi is located in langmusi Township, 90km south of Luqu, Gansu Province, on the Bailong River at the northern foot of Guoermangliang, a branch of Xiqiao Mountain. Langmusi is the abbreviation of Dacang Langmugedi Temple, a Gelug Sect temple in Sichuan, and it is also a regional name.

4. Transparent Monk Glacier

Laohugou Glacier 12, English name Lao Hugo Glacier 12, also known as Transparent Monk Glacier, is located in the western section of Qilian Mountain in Subei Mongolian Autonomous County, Gansu Province.

Transparent Monk comes from Mongolian transliteration, which means tall and broad snow-capped mountains. According to the China Glacier Catalogue, Laohugou Glacier 12 is the largest valley glacier in Qilian Mountain, with a length of 10. 1 km, an area of 2 1.9 km2 and an ice storage capacity of 2.63 m3.

The glacier is located and monitored by the Qilian Mountain Glacier and Ecological Environment Comprehensive Observation and Research Station of China Academy of Sciences.

5. Mogao grottoes

Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes, commonly known as Thousand Buddha Cave, was built in the pre-Qin period of sixteen countries. It is one of the four largest grottoes in China and a large-scale and well-preserved treasure house of Buddhist art in the world.

The Mogao Grottoes are about 1600 meters long from north to south, and are arranged in five layers, which are scattered and shaped like honeycomb dovecotes. There are 735 caves, 45,000 square meters of murals and 24 15 clay sculptures.

The Mogao Grottoes are divided into south and north areas, of which the south area is a place for Buddhist rituals and activities, and the north area is a place for monks to practice, live and bury.
