Article 300 Whoever organizes or uses cult organizations, cult organizations or superstitions to undermine the implementation of state laws and administrative regulations shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years; If the circumstances are especially serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years.
