Is Hongan dialect the same as Huangmei dialect?

Hongan dialect is different from Huangmei dialect. Macheng dialect is a little close to Hong 'an dialect, but each dialect has its own characteristics. Yingshan and Luotian dialects are easy to understand. Qichun and Huangmei dialects are close. There is little difference between Xishui and Huangzhou District.
