The Establishment and Evolution of Zhen 'an County

Zhen 'an County has a long history. Xia Dynasty belongs to Tan (Feng) land; Shang Dynasty and Western Zhou Dynasty were places of Shu. In the Spring and Autumn Period, it belonged to Chu Tan, and in the Warring States Period, it belonged to Chu Xiangyang.

In 22 1 BC, Qin Shihuang unified China, which was divided into 36 counties, and Zhen 'an was under the jurisdiction of Hanzhong County.

In the Western Han Dynasty, Zhen 'an was under the jurisdiction of Xicheng County, Hanzhong County.

At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty (A.D. 188 ~ 220), Zhen 'an returned to Hanzhong County, Yizhou. The Three Kingdoms period was under the jurisdiction of Fuyang.

In the second year of Taishi in the Western Jin Dynasty (266), Fengyang County was set up in the south of Jingzhao and the north of Pingyang, which belonged to Shangluo County and now governs Yang Shan, Zhen 'an and Zhashui counties. In the first year of Jianwu in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (3 17), Fengyang was withdrawn, and Zhen 'an was under the jurisdiction of Shangluo County. In the second year of Tai 'an in the Northern Wei Dynasty (456), Fengyang County was restored, belonging to Shang Yong County.

In the first year of Tian Tong of Wu Zetian (696), Fengyang West (now south of jiepai Bay in Zhashui County, northeast of ningshan county, under the jurisdiction of Zhen 'an County) was located in Anye County, belonging to Shangzhou. This is when Zhen 'an began to set up a county. In the second year of Tang Jinglong (708), Anye County belonged to Jingzhao House. In the first year of Jing Yun (7 10), it was changed to Shangzhou. In the first year of Gan Yuan (758), it was renamed Gan Yuan County, which belonged to Jingzhao House and later to Shangzhou. In the second year of Ganyou in the later Han Dynasty (949), it was renamed Ganyou County, belonging to Jingzhao House.

In the ninth year of Kaibao in the Northern Song Dynasty (976), Ganyou County belonged to Yongxing Army Road. In the twelfth year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1 142), Yongxing Army Road was changed to Jingzhaofu Road, and the county belonged to Jingzhaofu. The ruler abandoned this county and reduced it to Glycerol Town, and Xianning County belongs to Xi 'an.

Xianning belonged to Shaanxi Province in Yuan Dynasty; In the 29th year of Zhiyuan (1292), Ganyou County was re-established and was under the jurisdiction of Jinzhou. In the eighth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1375), it was re-established as Ganyou Inspection Department, which was subordinate to Xianning County.

In the third year of Jingtai in Ming Dynasty (autumn of 1452), due to the scattered houses in Xianning and Chang 'an counties, it was located in the north of Ganyou Inspection Department and named Zhen 'an, belonging to Xi 'an. In the 13th year of Chenghua (1477), it was changed to Shangzhou.

In the third year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1725), Zhen 'an was under the jurisdiction of Shangzhou and Shaanxi Province. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Xi 'an was abolished and Zhen 'an was placed under the jurisdiction of Hanzhong Road. In 22 years (1933), Zhen 'an was directly under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province. In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), Zhen 'an County was under the jurisdiction of the Fourth Administrative Supervision Department of Shaanxi Province until 1949.

1949 1 1 month, the whole territory of Zhen 'an County was liberated, belonging to Shangluo District of Southern Shaanxi Administrative Office. 1950 belongs to commercial pheasant area. 1958 65438+February, Zhashui County merged. In September, 196 1, Zhashui County resumed. Shangluo area was renamed Shangluo area on 1964, and Shangluo area was renamed Shangluo area on 1970, belonging to Zhen 'an.
