Colorful town. The launching ceremony of Qicai Future Community Project in Guali Town, Xiaoshan District and the 4th "Qicai Cup" Healthy Rainbow Run were held in Guali Town Citizen Square. Among the first batch of 24 future communities in the province, Guali Colorful Town in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou is a special one. Located in the urban-rural fringe, the first phase has basically taken shape.
