The Dragon King of Jinghe River is the rain god who walks around Jinghe River, so he is very confident of his victory. From then on, I worshipped Buddha and personally sent Tang Sanzang to the West to learn Buddhist scriptures. Because many countries need customs clearance CDs to pass Buddhist scriptures, only Emperor Taizong, who is the emperor, is eligible to issue them. This prepares the conditions for learning from the west.
