How did India know the first news when Famen Temple collapsed?

1981August 24th 10, the pagoda was struck by lightning, and half of it collapsed vertically. The next morning, Radio New Delhi released a news report at the request of Master Hui Guo: condolences to the elders of Famen Temple in China, because the real stupa collapsed in the rain. A week later, the China media confirmed the news of the World Trade Center collapse for the first time.
