It's useless But what can other initiates and others ask for? Are buddhas and bodhisattvas biased? No, they are the most selfless and kind. The key is that we didn't do and ask what we should do! If you simply go to the temple to burn incense and kowtow, you will get little benefit. To make an inappropriate analogy, businessmen all over the world admire Mr. Li Ka-shing, the richest man in Hong Kong. How much benefit can they get if they just paint him and kowtow and burn incense? The key is to emulate his successful experience and methods and strive to get tangible benefits! The same is true of Buddhism. Why did our teacher explain Buddhist scriptures for forty-nine years when he was alive, mainly to educate all sentient beings, to make all sentient beings understand, feel at ease, be willing to turn back, get the greatest benefit and get real relief? It is also clearly pointed out in the "chanting" of Bodhisattva Dizang that "the south of Jambu-Di^pa is guilty of all living things, and so is its industrial consciousness. Because of the great karma, we can be enemies, deep in the sea and hinder the holy road! " It's not that Buddha and Bodhisattva are merciless and don't bless us, but that our karma is too deep and too heavy, and only understanding can save us! The body is ours, and the heart is our master. For example, if we don't want to eat ourselves and starve to death, then who can help us? We are willing to do it, and buddhas and bodhisattvas can help us more. She will teach us the best methods and principles to make us happy as soon as possible!
