Who is Meng Yuanli?

A person who uses his own ability to create and release the five laws. Meng Yuanli is a character in the novel "True Daughter Rebirth, Fortune Telling Makes the Net Top Stream". Meng Yuanli was the only one who created and released the Five Laws with his own ability except Vivi, and even he died because of being struck by lightning.
