Which province is Hai 'an from?

Hai 'an is a city in Jiangsu Province. Haian is located in the middle of Jiangsu Plain, bordering Rudong in the east, Rugao in the south, Taixing in the west, Jiangyan in the north and Dongtai in the north. The Toarey Yang Canal runs through the east and west, and the Chuanchang River runs through the north and south, dividing Hai 'an into three different natural regions: Henan, Hebei and Hedong.

During the natural development and evolution of the Yangtze River Delta, sedimentation and siltation are rising, extending and expanding eastward.
